Unpaid Personal/Xxxxx’s leave entitlement (a) Where an Employee has exhausted all paid personal leave, an Employee is entitled to take up to twenty days of carer’s leave without pay. (b) Where an Employee has no entitlement to carer’s leave (with or without pay) any request for leave for such purposes will be given due consideration by the Employer.

Unpaid Personal/Xxxxx’s leave. (a) An employee is entitled to2 days of unpaid carer's leave for each occasion (a permissible occasion ) when a member of the employee's immediate family, or a member of the employee's household, requires care or support because of: (i) a personal illness, or personal injury, affecting the member; or (ii) an unexpected emergency affecting the member. (b) An employee may take unpaid carer's leave for a particular permissible occasion as: (i) a single continuous period of up to 2 days; or (ii) any separate periods to which the employee and his or her employer agree. (c) An employee cannot take unpaid carer's leave during a particular period if the employee could instead take paid personal/xxxxx's leave. (d) The notice and evidence requirements of clauses 6.3.5 must be complied with.
Unpaid Personal/Xxxxx’s leave. (i) Full time and part time employees who have exhausted their personal/carer’s leave entitlement, and casual employees, are entitled to 2 days of unpaid carer's leave for each occasion (permissible occasion) when a member of the employee’s immediate family, or a member of the employee's household, requires care or support because of· (1) a personal illness or personal injury, affecting the member; or (2) an unexpected emergency affecting the member. An employee may take unpaid carer's leave for a particular permissible occasion as; (3) a single continuous period of up to 2 days; or (4) any separate periods to which the employee and his or her Employer agree.
Unpaid Personal/Xxxxx’s leave. 22.6.1 A permanent employee is entitled to 2 days of unpaid carer’s leave for 26.3 Proof of Absence 26.3.1 An employee may take up to 3 single days’ Personal Leave in each anniversary year without the need to provide proof of absence. 26.3.2 In all other instances the employee may be required to provide evidence that would satisfy a reasonable person such as a medical certificate or statutory declaration that they were unable to attend work due to illness or injury, or the need to provide care on the day or days Personal Leave is claimed. 26.3.3 Following 3 single day absences, Xxxxx Xxxxx may notify the employee that in the future the employee shall need to provide evidence that would satisfy a reasonable person.
Unpaid Personal/Xxxxx’s leave. 26.1 All employees will be entitled to two days of unpaid leave when an employee is required to provide care or support to a member of the employee’s immediate family or household member who requires care or support because: a. They are sick or injured; or b. There is an unexpected emergency in relation to that person. 26.2 Unpaid carer’s leave may only be taken after the employee has exhausted their other paid personal or carer’s leave entitlements, or is otherwise not entitled to paid carer’s leave.
Unpaid Personal/Xxxxx’s leave. The Employee is entitled to a period of up to 2 days unpaid carer’s leave for each occasion when a member of the Employee’s immediate family household, requires care or support because of: (a) a personal illness, or injury, of the member; or (b) an unexpected emergency affecting the member. The Employee is entitled to unpaid carer’s leave only if the Employee cannot take paid personal/carer’s leave. This entitlement extends to casual employees. Unpaid carer’s leave may be taken as: (a) a single, unbroken, period of up to 2 days; or (b) any separate periods to which the employee and his or her employer agree. The Employee must comply with the same notice and documentation requirements as for paid personal/career’s leave.
Unpaid Personal/Xxxxx’s leave. Where an employee has exhausted all paid Personal/Xxxxx’s leave entitlements, they are entitled to take unpaid Personal/Xxxxx’s leave to care for members of their immediate family or household who are sick and require care or support or who require care due to an unexpected emergency. The employer and the employee shall agree on the period. In the absence of agreement, the employee is entitled to take up to two days of unpaid leave per occasion, provided the requirements of 7.4.6(a) and 7.4.6(b) are met.

Unpaid Personal/Xxxxx’s leave. ‌ 46.1 Where an Employee does not have any accrued Personal/Xxxxx’s leave available, the Employee is entitled to unpaid Personal/Carer’s leave to provide care or support for a member of the Employee’s immediate family or household who requires care or support because of: (a) an illness or injury of an immediate family or household member; or (b) an unexpected emergency affecting an immediate family or household member. 46.2 The Employee is required to provide the Council with notice of the requirement to take unpaid Personal/Xxxxx’s leave as soon as practicable. 46.3 The Council may require verification of the reason for taking unpaid Personal/Xxxxx’s leave. 46.4 Where the Employee does not comply with obligations set out under this clause, other than because of circumstances beyond the Employee’s control, the leave may not be approved and would then be treated as an unauthorised absence.
Unpaid Personal/Xxxxx’s leave. (a) Casual Employees and full-time and part-time Employees that have exhausted all paid personal/carer's leave entitlements, may take up to two days’ unpaid personal/carer’s leave per occasion, provided the Employee is able to provide adequate evidence by way of medical certificate or statutory declaration, if required by the Employer. (b) Furthermore, should the Employee require more than two days, the Employee and the Employer shall agree on the period.
