Volunteer Commitment. I understand that I must volunteer in order for my child to participate. I agree to work six (6) shift segments for my first child. I agree to work two (2) extra segments per additional child. I understand I must check in by 8:00 a.m. with the Volunteer Coordinator even if scheduled for a later segment. If I need to cancel, I understand that it is my responsibility to find my replacement from the parent roster and communicate the name of my replacement to the Volunteer Coordinator. Volunteer Commitment. In lieu of fundraising we are now going to host meets to generate revenue for our club. We need everyone's help to successfully host meets. Each family that joins Pike Township Swim Club (PIKE) will be responsible for volunteering EIGHT (8) sessions for the year (September 1st - August 31st). A minimum of TWO (2) of those sessions must be at the Senior State Meet on March 17th-19th and TWO (2) SESSIONS at our May Closed Invite, May 12th-14th. The rest can be spread out over the meets that we host at the Pike Aquatic Center. You can have family and/or friends help you to meet the volunteer commitment. All volunteers must be at least 12 years of age. Swimmers can also volunteer to help meet the requirement. Swimmers are not allowed to volunteer when they are eligible to compete. (Volunteering at away meets, high school, or middle school meets do not count toward this commitment.) There will be a mandatory fine imposed for any sessions that are not met. The fine will be $50 per session not completed. Fines will be added to your account in March and May if those mandatory sessions are missed. Any meet sessions not completed by the home meet in June, will be billed at that time or upon termination of membership. Volunteer Commitment. As AYSO Challenge is a subsidiary of AYSO, an all-volunteer, non-profit youth soccer association, it is the responsibility of coaches and team managers to support and ensure compliance of all “Give Back” volunteer duties as set forth by the host region and AYSO Challenge guidelines. These volunteer obligations are in addition to any team obligations or fundraising efforts and are intended to enhance the overall region soccer experience. Refusal or neglect of your responsibilities may result in sanctions, up to and including dismissal from the team. Team Sportsmanship: Team officials commit to be positive and respectful to fellow team members, referees, and any other players, coaches, parents, spectators and AYSO or Club administrators. Any concerns must be expressed in an appropriate manner to the Region Challenge Coordinator. Player Fees: Team Manager and coach are responsible to ensure all players are registered with AYSO and Cal South. All AYSO Challenge fees are due according to the written Challenge Guidelines. Payment should be made to the host region. Any arrangement for a deadline extension must be made between the Region and Player Family. Volunteer Commitment. I understand the FRYLAX is a non-profit organization run by volunteers and operated for the benefit of its players. I agree to volunteer at some capacity in the upcoming year. Volunteer time requirements will be finalized by the board at the completion of registration. A fee of $100 per family will be collected at the Pre-season member meeting or with registration.
