Measures to Achieve Gains in Productivity. Efficiency and Flexibility (a) The continuation of harmonious industrial relations with the union and its members committed to pursue industrial matters through the appropriate tribunals (if necessary), and the agreed disputes procedure; (b) The commitment from the union and its members to actively pursue and participate in ensuring the company maintains a World Best Practice Safety Record. (b) Improvement in the issues of quality, technology, work organisation, management practices, product deliveries, time and cost performance, education and training. (c) Maintenance of harmonious and productive working relationships which I include commitment and success. (d) Promotion of measures to eliminate disputation, employee turnover, absenteeism and safety issues or injuries. (e) Elimination of waste in materials, time, energy and equipment. (ii) The parties agree to develop/implement, monitor and review the type of performance indicators and productivity definitions required to facilitate the continuous improvement process. This will require the use of information from various sources, i.e. historical data, measured work data and input from employees. They may take the following forms, i.e. (a) Direct labour costs: accurate recording of stock locations and correct storage of stock. (b) Waste: Reduction in picking errors and in broken and damaged stock. (c) Fuel economy: Efficient and safe use of Forklift and other motorised equipment. (d) Maintenance and durable item costs: Consistent achievement of warehouse housekeeping standards. (e) Recording data: Accurate recording and efficient administrative procedures. (f) Delivery efficiencies, etc: Ensure all orders are supplied in full and on time to customers. (iii) The company agrees to review productivity measures at the commencement of this enterprise bargaining agreement in conjunction with the site consultative committee, these revised measures are specified in Appendix "A". (iv) The parties agree that, in an attempt to address Employee "concerns" regarding equipment within the warehouse, the following procedures shall apply: (a) Where an employee identifies a work issue which either impedes his/her work progress or can improve efficiency, then this issue will be raised with the employee’s Supervisor. (b) A response will be provided within five (5) working days, however, if this response is deemed unsatisfactory, the issue will be raised with the Logistics Centre Manager. All employees will assist with production as required to meet the following timetable. Salaried employees may also assist in times of need. (a) The first load of chickens will be ready for dispatch by 7.30 am each day if the facility is not feather sexing the day olds. (b) The second load of chickens will be ready for dispatch between 8.45 am and 9.00 am each day if the facility is not feather sexing the day olds. (c) The transfer of eggs (twelve trolleys only) from the incubators to hatchers is to be completed in 3.5 hours plus 1 hour clean-up. These hours are subject to flock age, health status and shell quality. (d) Clean-up, boxes and keyways are to be washed and sanitised, by normal ceasing time.

OEE is the process by which improvements are made on the efficiency of equipment.

Measures to Achieve Gains in Productivity. EFFICIENCY & FLEXIBILITY 2.4.1 The following measures have been agreed between the parties and have been implemented subject to training, classification levels and the needs of the Company. The implementation of these measures are identified as means by which gains in Productivity and Efficiency will continue to be achieved, and that they will be used to justify wage rate increases contained in this Agreement. 2.4.2 These commitments will continue though-out the life of this Agreement. a) the flexibility to roster working hours to up to 12 per day; b) the adjustment of the minimum payment for a recall from 4 hours to 2 hours; c) the adjustment for the entitlement to the overtime meal break and meal allowance from more than one hour worked to more than two hours worked; d) the ability to pay annual leave loading in December of each year. e) the introduction of flexible work cycles; f) an ongoing commitment to multi-skilling and the development of job skills and responsibilities related to operational and technological changes for example, future gas plant upgrades, the installation of an LPG Plant and increased computerisation in the maintenance, stores and operational areas; and g) a commitment to assisting the Company in continuous improvement in all areas of operations.

These indicators will be measured on a quarterly basis, with a target of a 1% improvement on the base indicator, per quarter, over the life of the agreement. KPI calculation/process/monitoring shall be as per project trial in 2005, and as per reference documents – 1) KPI scheme, which details the agreed parameters and targets over the life of the agreement & 11) KPI implementation plan, which sets out the agreed procedures for its implementation. There shall be a formal KPI review & re-assessment (may involve IRC if either party views as necessary) at the end of year 1, which is in addition to normal ongoing reviews as laid out in reference documents. The parties agree that KPI’s are vital.

  • PRODUCTIVITY The Union shall place no limitations upon the amount of work which an Employee shall perform during the working day and there shall be no restrictions imposed against the use of any type of machinery, tools or labour saving devices.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit G), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.

  • Revenue Metering The Connecting Transmission Owner owned revenue metering shall be located at the Xxxxx Solar Collector Substation on the generator side of the 69kV breaker and shall consist of: • three (3) combination current/voltage transformer (“CT/VT”) units (manufacturer and model shall be ABB/Xxxxxxx KXM-350 high accuracy, or other Connecting Transmission Owner specified equivalent); and • one (1) revenue meter. (Note: Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering CTs and VTs cannot be used to feed the Interconnection Customer’s check meter.)

  • Usage Measurement Usage measurement for calls shall begin when answer supervision or equivalent Signaling System 7 (SS7) message is received from the terminating office and shall end at the time of call disconnect by the calling or called subscriber, whichever occurs first.
