With the written consent of the Hospital, the probationary employee and the President of the Local Union his designate, such probationary period may be extended. It is understood and agreed that any extension to the probationary period w i l l not exceed an additional sixty tours (450 hours of work for employees whose regular hours of work are other than the standard work day) worked or lesser period as may be agreed by the parties. The release of a probationary employee shall not be the subject of grievance or arbitration. A seniority list maintained for each department. The Hospital such list and provide the Union with a copy, indicating bargaining unit seniority twice per year.
