ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTINGLicensee shall provide RMLS™ with monthly administrative reports identifying all Participants for whom Licensee is providing services, and describing such services. Such reports must include a list of all URL(s) on which RMLS™ Listing Content appear, including URL(s) of subscribers where data display has been authorized by their Participant. The inclusion of a URL on such reports does not constitute permission from RMLS™ for the display of RMLS™ Listing Content on such URL; such permission shall only be given in writing by a duly authorized representative of RMLS™.
ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTING. Awardees must agree to meet the reporting requirements as listed below or as specified in the award agreement. Administrative reports must be submitted electronically to SSA, as specified in the award agreement. i. Quarterly financial reports A Standard Form 425; Federal Financial Form (FFR) is required until such time as all funds have been expended or the cooperative agreement period of performance has expired. Quarterly reports are due 30 days after the end of each calendar year quarter. In addition, awardees must include any sub-award amounts so we can calculate final indirect costs, if applicable. ii. Quarterly performance reports Awardees must submit a quarterly progress report within 30 days after the end of each calendar year quarter. The report must include quarterly information on cooperative agreement activities, performance goals, and milestones. Information collected from self- monitoring, including required programmatic data elements, must be included in these reports and must include information on the use of cooperative agreement funding and an assessment of model implementation, lessons learned, quality improvements, services provided, and cost estimates. Specific, required programmatic data elements will be determined by SSA. The last quarterly progress report will serve as the awardee’s Final Performance Report. This report must provide both quarterly and cumulative information on the cooperative agreement activities. It must summarize project activities, employment outcomes and other work products, and related results of the project, and must thoroughly document the training or labor market information approaches that you used. Submission requirements will be provided to awardees upon award. We will also provide you with guidance about the data and other information that is required to be collected and reported on either a regular basis or special request basis. iii. Evaluation progress reports Reports will be required on the schedule described in the notice of award. This will be as described in the proposal, unless another schedule was negotiated prior to the award. The independent evaluator must submit a written report the SSA grant officer summarizing the progress that has been made in the reporting period. Data content requirements will be specified in the agreement between the awardee and SSA. iv. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTING. No later than three (3) calendar days after the date on which CGLIC is required to file its financial statement with its domiciliary state regulator, CGLIC shall deliver to Retrocessionaire its calculation of the Statutory Reserves for the calendar quarter or year just ended, together with a copy of its Statutory Financial Statement that was filed with its domiciliary state regulator for the same period. Each date on which CGLIC delivers its calculation of the Statutory Reserves and its Statutory Financial Statement to Retrocessionaire shall be referred to as an “Accounting Date.”

  • Administrative Rules The City shall comply with the administrative rules of the United States Department of Transportation relative to nondiscrimination in federally-assisted programs of the United States Department of Transportation (49 C.F.R. Part 21) which are herein incorporated by reference and made part of this Agreement.

  • Uniform Administrative Requirements A. Contractor, if a governmental entity or public agency, shall comply with the requirements and standards of OMB Circular No. A-87, “Principles for Determining Costs Applicable to Grants and Contracts with State, Local and Federally Recognized Indian Tribal Governments”, OMB Circular A-133, “Audits of State, Local Governments and Non-Profit Organizations”, and applicable sections of 24 CFR §85 “Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments”, as set forth in 24 CFR §570.502(a). B. Contractor, if a non-profit organization, shall comply with the requirements and standards of OMB Circular No. A- 122, “Cost Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, OMB Circular A-133 Audits of State, Local Governments and Non-Profit Organizations”, and applicable Attachments to OMB Circular No. A-110, as set forth in 24 CFR §570.502(b).

  • Administrative Responsibilities Client shall be responsible for orienting Consultant to Client’s policies and procedures regarding the submission of any requisite paperwork which must be tendered for reimbursement by funding entities such as Medicare, Medicaid, or health insurance. Such paperwork may include, but is not limited to, patient care plans, comprehensive patient histories, individual education plans, or Client specific program plans. During the contracted assignment, should Consultant fail to submit paperwork as required per Client’s policies and procedures, Client must notify ProCare in writing within three (3) business days of alleged failure. Failure to notify ProCare before assignment ends shall negate any Client claim to withhold payment due to untimely work and/or paperwork non-compliance by Consultant. Client agrees that all approved time sheets by Client’s assigned representative are not subjected to billing dispute if Client fails to notify ProCare of time sheet and work performed discrepancies.

  • Administrative Relief Executive understands that this Agreement does not prohibit Executive from pursuing an administrative claim with a local, state or federal administrative body such as the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or the workers’ compensation board. This Agreement does, however, preclude Executive from pursuing court action regarding any such claim.

  • Administrative and Accounting Services The Administrator shall provide the Fund with regulatory reporting, fund accounting and related portfolio accounting services, all necessary office space, equipment, personnel, compensation and facilities (including facilities for Shareholders' and Directors' meetings) for handling the affairs of the Portfolios and such other services as the Administrator shall, from time to time, determine to be necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement. In addition, at the request of the Fund's Board of Directors, the Administrator shall make reports to the Fund's Directors concerning the performance of its obligations hereunder including such activities as are set forth on Exhibit A hereto, as amended by agreement of the parties from time to time. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Administrator, under the supervision of the Fund's Board of Directors, shall: o calculate Fund expenses and control all disbursements for the Fund, and as appropriate, compute the Fund's yields, total return, expense ratios, portfolio turnover rate and, if required, portfolio average dollar-weighted maturity; o assist outside Fund counsel with preparation of prospectuses, statements of additional information, registration statements and proxy materials; o prepare such reports, applications and documents (including reports regarding the sale and redemption of shares as may be required in order to comply with Federal and state securities law) as may be necessary or desirable to register the Fund's shares with state securities authorities, monitor sale of Fund shares for compliance with state securities laws, and file with the appropriate securities authorities the registration statements and reports for the Fund and the Fund's shares and all amendments thereto, as may be necessary or convenient to register and keep effective the Fund and the Fund's shares with state securities authorities to enable the Fund to make a continuous offering of its shares; o prepare communications to shareholders, including the annual and semi-annual reports to shareholders, coordinate mailing prospectuses, notices, proxy statements, proxies and other reports to Fund shareholders, and supervise and facilitate the solicitation of proxies solicited by the Fund for all shareholder meetings, including the tabulation process for shareholder meetings; o prepare, negotiate, and administer contracts on behalf of the Fund with, among others, the Fund's distributor, subject to any approvals or reapprovals by the Fund's Board of Directors required by applicable law or Board procedures; o maintain the Fund's general ledger and prepare the Fund's financial statements, including expense accruals and payments, determine the net asset value of the Fund's assets and of the Fund's shares, and provide for the payment of dividends and other distributions to shareholders; o calculate performance data of the Fund and the Portfolios for dissemination to information services covering the investment company industry; o coordinate and supervise the preparation and filing of the Fund's tax returns; o examine and review the operations and performance of the various organizations providing services to the Fund or any Portfolio directly or on a subcontracted basis as provided for herein and, at the request of the Fund's Board of Directors, report to the Board on the performance of such organizations; o provide for and coordinate the layout and printing of publicly disseminated prospectuses and the Fund's semi-annual and annual reports to shareholders; o provide internal legal and administrative services as requested by the Fund from time to time; o provide for and coordinate the design, development, and operation of the Fund, including new portfolio and class investment objectives, policies and structure; o provide individuals reasonably acceptable to the Fund's Board of Directors for nomination, appointment, or election as officers of the Fund, who will be responsible for the management of certain of the Fund's affairs as determined by the Fund's Board of Directors; o advise the Fund and its Board of Directors on matters concerning the Fund and its affairs;

  • Withholding Taxes; Information Reporting As to the Certificates of any series, the Trustee, as trustee of the related grantor trust created by this Agreement, shall exclude and withhold from each distribution of principal, premium, if any, and interest and other amounts due under this Agreement or under the Certificates of such series any and all withholding taxes applicable thereto as required by law. The Trustee agrees to act as such withholding agent and, in connection therewith, whenever any present or future taxes or similar charges are required to be withheld with respect to any amounts payable in respect of the Certificates of such series, to withhold such amounts and timely pay the same to the appropriate authority in the name of and on behalf of the Certificateholders of such series, that it will file any necessary withholding tax returns or statements when due, and that, as promptly as possible after the payment thereof, it will deliver to each such Certificateholder of such series appropriate documentation showing the payment thereof, together with such additional documentary evidence as such Certificateholders may reasonably request from time to time. The Trustee agrees to file any other information reports as it may be required to file under United States law.

  • Procurement Related Complaints and Administrative Review 49.1 The procedures for making a Procurement-related Complaint are as specified in the TDS. 49.2 A request for administrative review shall be made in the form provided under contract forms.

  • CHILD ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to annually train all staff members, including volunteers, so that they are familiar with and agree to adhere to its own child and dependent adult abuse reporting obligations and procedures as specified in California Penal Code section 11164 et seq. and Education Code 44691. To protect the privacy rights of all parties involved (i.e., reporter, child and alleged abuser), reports will remain confidential as required by law and professional ethical mandates. A written statement acknowledging the legal requirements of such reporting and verification of staff adherence to such reporting shall be submitted to the LEA.
