(c) Effective on the commencement of the fifteenth (15th) year of service, vacation shall accumulate at the rate of one (1) hour of vacation credit for each 10.400 regular hours paid to maximum of 200 hours.

Nurses presently employed by Foyer Père Fiset shall be grand-fathered to receive this additional vacation. Nurses hired after July 14, 2008, shall receive vacation benefits according to the provincial agreement.

For the purposes of determining the vacation increments (as set out in Article 10:00) a Nurse is entitled to in a vacation year, the Nurse must have the requisite years of completed service as of January 15th of the vacation Year. Nurses shall not normally request vacation between December 15 and January 15. Special requests for vacation during this period may be considered acceptable provided staffing is available to cover the shifts affected. (a) Part-Time Nurses shall receive time off in accordance with Article 10:00 but will receive pay in proportion to time worked in the year ending January 14th of the vacation year. (b) Regular Part Time and regular Full Time Nurses hired after July 4,1991, shall earn annual vacation credits on the basis of regular time worked. For the purposes of this article only, time worked shall be deemed to include paid sick leave days used, vacation, holidays and days for which the Nurse received Workers' Compensation up to a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) days for Full-Time Nurses (and a prorated maximum cap for Part-Time Nurses based on the proportion of their...
