(Applicable to Full-Time Employees Only) The short-term sick leave plan will provide payment for the number of hours of absence according to the scheduled tour to a total of hours. All other provisions of the existing plan shall apply mutatis mutandis. Article Paid (Applicableto Full-Time Employees Only) Holiday pay will be computed on the basis of the employee's regular straight time hourly rate of pay times the number of hours for a normal or standard work day as set out in Article (a). If an employee is authorized by the manager or designate to work during the lunch break and if alternative arrangements cannot be made, they will be paid time and one-half their regular straight time hourly rate for all time worked in excess of their normal daily hours.
