Benefits for Temporary Full-Time Employees. If a part-time Employee is successful in bidding for a temporary full-time position, she shall remain on “in lieu of benefits” for twelve (12) months, after which she shall be deemed to be a full-time Employee for the purposes of benefits.

Benefits for Temporary Full-Time Employees. (a) Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to twelve percent (12%) of their regular earnings in lieu of all benefits including those providing for time off with pay except Public Holidays. (b) Notwithstanding paragraph (a), Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be eligible for the Maternity Supplementary Employment Insurance Benefits (XXXX) provided in Clause 10.9 (f). Employees who qualify for the XXXX plan shall receive XXXX plan benefits to the end of their temporary term of employment or the end of the XXXX plan benefit, whichever comes first. (c) Temporary Full-Time Employees shall not receive such percentage in lieu of benefits when on any unpaid leave of absence. (d) Subject to paragraph (e), where a Temporary Full-Time Employee is appointed to a Regular Full-Time position, the straight time hours worked as a Temporary Full-Time Employee on and after 2005 February 10 shall be applied towards benefit waiting periods and shall be included in calculating seniority and length of service after the employee completes the Probationary Period.

(b) The first (1st) of the month following the completion of six (6) months of continuous service for coverage under the Medical Services, Extended Health Care, and Dental Care Plans.
Benefits for Temporary Full-Time Employees. Temporary Full‐Time Employees shall be entitled to benefits on the same basis as they are provided to Regular Full‐Time Employees, except that Temporary Full‐Time Employees shall not be eligible for coverage under the Medical, Extended Health Care, or Group Life Insurance Plans until the first of the month following three (3) months of continuous service; and they shall not be eligible for coverage under the Dental Care Plan or the Municipal Pension Plan until the completion of twelve (12) months of continuous service subject to being eligible for coverage under the rules of Medical, Extended Health Care, Group Life Insurance, and Dental Plans.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Benefits for Part-Time Employees ‌ A part-time employee shall receive in lieu of all fringe benefits (being those benefits to an employee, paid in whole or part by the Hospital, as part of direct compensation or otherwise, including holiday pay, save and except salary, vacation pay, standby pay, call back pay, reporting pay, responsibility allowance, jury and witness duty, bereavement pay, and maternity supplemental unemployment benefits) an amount equal to 14% of his/her regular straight time hourly rate for all straight time hours paid.

  • Probation for Newly Hired Employees (a) The Employer may reject a probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Article 11.2

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.

  • Compensation for Loss of Employee Tools (a) The Employer will replace all Employee tools lost or stolen in accordance with the Award.

  • All Employees The Company shall not include the shift differential in any employee’s wage rate for the calculation of overtime.

  • Overtime-Eligible Employees Employees who are covered by the overtime provisions of state and federal law.

  • Fixed Term Employees The only terms of this Agreement that apply to employees who are not regular employees are those that are set out in Articles 31A, 32, 33 and 34. 31A.1 Articles 31A.2 to 31A.16 apply only to fixed-term employees other than seasonal, student and GO Temp employees.

  • Shift Employees Employees who work rotating shift patterns or those who work qualifying shifts shall be entitled, on completion of 12 months employment on shift work, to up to an additional 5 days annual leave, based on the number of qualifying shifts worked. The entitlement will be calculated on the annual leave anniversary date. Qualifying shifts are defined as a shift which involves at least 2 hours work performed outside the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm, excluding overtime.
