NEW HIRE RATE FOR SOUND/VIDEO, ELECTRICAL, MAINTENANCE & AIR CONDITIONING Effective August 1, 2024, the New Hire Wage Rate shall be eighty percent (80%) of the applicable Technician rate for the applicable trade as set forth in Schedules B and C. The specific New Hire rate is calculated in the table in each schedule. New Hires shall be upgraded to the regular journeyman rates after completing the probationary period of 1200 hours of work.
