That schedule shall show the multiple phases and interrelations of design, constructability review, and estimating. Developer shall also prepare a full construction schedule for the Project detailing the construction activities. Developer shall further investigate, recommend and prepare a schedule for the purchase of materials and equipment requiring long lead time procurement, and coordinate the schedule with the early preparation of portions of the Contract Documents by the Architect. ⦁ Construction Planning and Bidding ⦁ For all of Developer’s activities relating to construction planning and bidding, Developer shall comply with all applicable legal requirements, including but not limited to those set forth in Education Code section 81335. ⦁ Consult with District staff in relation to the existing site. Selected developer should make site visits, as needed to review the current site conditions. Budget of Project Costs. After the Architect’s completion of Schematic Design Documents, Design Development Documents, 50% Construction Documents, and 90% Construction Documents, XXXX shall prepare, or update and refine, the budget of the GMP based on the most recent set of Design Documents. XXXX shall also advise the Agency and the Architect if it appears that the total construction costs may exceed the GMP established by the Agency and shall make recommendations for corrective action. XXXX will further provide input to the Agency and Architect relative to value of construction, means and methods for construction, duration of construction of various building methods and constructability.   • Payment of Project Costs The Grantee agrees that it will provide for payment of its full share of Project costs and that all costs connected with the Project will be paid by the Grantee on a timely basis.

  • Project Costs Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the Company shall disclose to the Department all of the Project Costs which the Company seeks to include for purposes of determining the limitation of the amount of the Credit pursuant to Section 5-30 of the Act and provide to the Department a Schedule of Project Costs in the form as attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Project Cost Overruns In the event that the Recipient determines that the moneys granted pursuant to Section II hereof, together with the Local Subdivision Contribution, are insufficient to pay in full the costs of the Project, the Recipient may make a request for supplemental assistance to its District Committee. The Recipient must demonstrate that such funding is necessary for the completion of the Project and the cost overrun was the result of circumstances beyond the Recipient's control, that it could not have been avoided with the exercise of due care, and that such circumstances could not have been anticipated at the time of the Recipient's initial application. Should the District Committee approve such request the action shall be recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Project Budget A Project Budget shall be prepared and maintained by Grantee. The Project Budget shall detail all costs for which the Grant will be used during the Term. The Project Budget must be approved in writing by the Project Monitor. Grantee shall carry out the Project and shall incur costs and make disbursements of funds provided hereunder by the Sponsor only in conformity with the Project Budget. The current approved Project Budget is contained in Attachment “C”. Said Project Budget may be revised from time to time, but no Project Budget or revision thereof shall be effective unless and until the same is approved in writing by Project Monitor. The funds granted under this Grant Contract cannot be used to supplant (replace) other existing funds.

  • Payment of Project Activities County will reimburse Subrecipient for eligible project-related costs only. Subrecipient shall submit requests for reimbursement to County on a monthly basis beginning on August 1, 2021, and must provide adequate documentation as required by County in accordance with the OC Community Resources Contract Reimbursement Policy, as set forth in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. In addition, Subrecipient will provide a progress Grantee Performance Report (“GPR Information Form”) for the time period covered, as prescribed by County. Failure to provide any of the required documentation and reporting will cause County to withhold all or a portion of a request for reimbursement, or return the entire reimbursement package to Subrecipient, until such documentation and reporting has been received and approved by County.

  • Total Project Costs The sum of the Construction Cost, allowances for contingencies, and the total costs of services of Engineer or other design professionals and consultants, together with such other Project-related costs that Owner furnishes for inclusion, including but not limited to cost of land, rights-of-way, compensation for damages to properties, Owner’s costs for legal, accounting, insurance counseling and auditing services, interest and financing charges incurred in connection with the Project, and the cost of other services to be provided by others to Owner pursuant to Exhibit B of this Agreement.

  • Construction Cost Budget The total cost to District of all elements of the Project designed or specified by the Architect, as adjusted at the end of each design phase in accordance with this Agreement. The Construction Cost Budget does not include the compensation of the Architect and the Architect’s Consultants, the cost of land, rights-of-way, financing or other costs which are the responsibility of the District, including construction management.
