Call In and Call Back Time. 9.6.1 Any employee called into work on a day when he/she is not scheduled to work or called back to work after completion of his/her regular assignment shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at their appropriate rate of pay. 9.6.2 A supervisor requesting an employee to work on overtime, call back, or call in basis shall consider the employee's personal circumstances prior to directing such service.

Call In and Call Back Time. 3.9.1 Any employee called into work on a day the employee is not scheduled to work or called back to work after completion of their regular work shift, shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay, each time he/she is called in to work at the appropriate rate of pay under this Agreement. 3.9.2 Any employee, who is asked to remain available for work either before or after their regular work shift and on weekends so that they may be called in to work, if needed, by their District Office Supervisor or designee, shall receive on-call pay for all such time they are asked to remain available. On-call pay shall be equivalent to thirty (30) minutes per hour at their regular rate of pay. On call hours will not be included toward overtime calculations.
Call In and Call Back Time. ‌ Any unit member called in to work on a day or time when the employee is not scheduled to work will receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay under this Agreement. Any time a unit member has completed their regular assignment and has left the premises and is called back to work on an emergency substitute or need basis, the employee shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours compensation. In both instances, the employee will normally be required to work such hours.

  • Call Back Time Any employee called back to work after completion of his/her regular assignment shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at the overtime rate, irrespective of the actual time worked.

  • Minimum Call-Back Time All employees who are called out and required to work in an emergency outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates and shall be paid from the time they leave home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly from work.

(ii) When called by phone, $9.00 for use of phone plus half of one hour at ordinary time rates of pay, both subject to attending work. (iii) When called by taxi half of one hour at ordinary time rates of pay subject to attending work. (iv) Should a call-in commence or continue eight hours before the Employee’s rostered shift commencement the rest period prescribed in clause 8.4(a) shall apply. (v) If a call in is less than 3 hours and finishes prior to eight hours before the Employee’s rostered shift commencement the rest period prescribed in clause 8.4(a) shall not apply. (vi) If a call in finishes 2 hours or less before the Employee’s rostered shift commencement the Employee will continue to work into their normal working hours.

  • Call Backs 9.1 Call-back occurs when the employee: (i) is called back to work after completing the day’s work or duty, and having left the place of employment; or (ii) is called back before the normal time of starting work and does not continue working until such normal starting time; Call-back is to be paid at the appropriate overtime rate (clauses 8.2.2 (c) and (d)) for a minimum of three hours, or for actual working and travelling time, whichever is the greater, except that call-backs commencing and finishing within the minimum period covered by an earlier call-back shall not be paid for. Where a call-back commences before and continues beyond the end of a minimum period for a previous call-back, payment shall be made as if the employee had worked continuously from the beginning of the previous call-back, to the end of the later call-back.

  • MINIMUM CALL-IN If a member is called in for extra work, they shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hour pay at their straight hourly rate.
