Card Issue. 1.1 The Bank shall issue under the Programme a Card to each employee of the Company as may from time to time be nominated by the Company’s authorised officers and accepted by the Bank. 1.2 The Bank shall deliver each Card to the Company which shall be responsible for ensuring that each Card is signed by the employee whose name is embossed on the Card (the “Cardholder”) immediately upon receipt. The Bank shall be under no responsibility to the Company to ensure that a Cardholder duly complies with these terms and conditions or take any legal action or proceedings against a Cardholder. The Bank shall be under no responsibility to ensure that the Card is used for any business purpose or within any Cardholder’s authority conferred by the Company in respect thereof.

Card Issue. The Bank shall issue under the Programme, a charge card, being a World Corporate MasterCard (the "Corporate Card") and/or a Platinum Purchasing MasterCard (the "Purchasing Card") to each of its customers (the "Employer") and to each employee identified in the Commercial Card Programme Cardholder Nomination Form annexed hereto and to such employee as may from time to time be nominated by the Employer's authorised officers. Corporate Cards and Purchasing Cards are collectively referred to below as "Cards".
Card Issue. 1. The Customer shall send via the Euronet Web portal the list of the Authorised Customer’s Employees (hereinafter “the Card Issue File”) in the form of the CSV file, according to § 1 of Appendix No 2 to T&C, along with the following information: a. full name; b. permanent address and residence address; c. citizenship and date of birth; d. Personal ID No (PESEL); e. if the Agreement specifies more than one Bank Account for Deposits – information as to which of such Accounts the Card of the Authorised Customer’s Employee is to be assigned. In case of lack of any of the above-mentioned data Euronet Project Manager shall address Customer Project Manager to supplement it and till such moment the Card Issue File shall not be processed. 2. If requested by Euronet, the Customer shall also send, to xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, scans of ID documents of all Authorised Customer’s Employees listed in the Card Issue File. 3. Euronet shall be entitled to check the accuracy of the sent details, the compliance of the attached scans of documents of the Authorised Customer’s Employees as regards their format, legibility and veracity, also with the use of external data bases, and shall verify the presence of the Authorised Customer’s Employees on sanction lists. 4. Euronet shall confirm the accuracy and compliance of details included in the Card Issue File and scans of documents by sending a confirmation electronically to the e-mail address indicated in the Agreement. In case of finding any irregularity or inconsistency in the sent details or presence of the Authorised Customer’s Employees on sanction lists, Euronet has the right to refuse to issue a card to the Authorised Customer’s Employee or to request additional information or documents. In such a case, the Customer shall be notified of the Euronet’s request in the manner indicated in the first sentence of this section. 5. Once Euronet confirms the accuracy and compliance of details provided in the Card Issue File and the Customer delivers the missing details or documents requested by Euronet, Euronet shall deliver Cards in a manner agreed upon in the operating mode by the Project Managers, within 30 calendar days from the date of sending by Euronet a confirmation of the accuracy of documents and details included in the Card Issue File, in the number resulting from the Card Issue File, subject to clause 7 below. 6. Card Issue. 6.1 By signing this Agreement, you ask us to issue a Card, and any additional, renewal and replacement Card. 6.2 You must be aged 18 years or over. The provision of this Agreement to you is not a commitment by us to make a credit card facility available to you. This Agreement is made when it is signed by you and on our behalf. 6.3 Unless and until any termination takes place, we shall issue you and any additional Cardholder with renewed cards from time to time.
Card Issue. III.1 The Bank will issue the Plastic Carrier to the Cardholder within 14 Banking Days of conclusion of the Agreement and the Virtual Card without undue delay after concluding the Agreement. Issue of the Card is understood to be its distribution to the Cardholder in the specified manner. The deadline for issuing the Card is met by the Bank provided the Bank sends the Plastic Carrier to the Cardholder within this period, makes the Virtual Card available via Mobile Banking, or allows the Cardholder to pick up the Plastic Carrier within this period. III.2 The Bank will assign Limits to the Card based upon agreement with the Account Owner. Card Limits may be changed in the manner specified in paragraph I.2 of the Terms. III.3 When automatically renewing the Card, the Bank is entitled to issue the Cardholder a different Card than the one used up until that point. If issue of a different Card represents a change in the contractual terms, the Account Owner approves of such change in the manner specified in paragraph I.2 of the Terms. III.4 The Card is the property of the Bank. III.5 The Card is valid up until the time designated on the front of the Card. The Card validity expires on the last day of the month designated on the front of the Card or as of the moment of activation of the Renewed Card replacing the original one.The Card validity expires on the last day of the month designated on the front of the Card. The Cardholder is entitled to Card Use as long as the Card is valid.
Card Issue. The Bank may, at its sole discretion, issue under the Programme, a charge card, being a World Corporate MasterCard (the "Corporate Card") and/or a Platinum Purchasing MasterCard (the "Purchasing Card") to each of its customers (the "Customer") and to: each individual identified in the Commercial Card Programme Cardholder Nomination Form annexed hereto, and such individual contractually employed by the Customer, or the Customer’s subsidiary(ies) or associated entity(ies) (the "Related Entities") as may from time to time be nominated by the Customer's authorised officers (collectively, the "Cardholder(s)"). Corporate Cards and Purchasing Cards are collectively referred to below as "Cards". Where the context permits, a Card includes a digital version of a Card (a “Mobile Card”) that is stored in the virtual wallet (a “Mobile Wallet”) of a Cardholder’s smartphone, tablet or other electronic, digital, or mobile device (a “Mobile Device”). For the avoidance of doubts, if a Customer requests a Card to be issued to an employee of its Related Entities, the Bank may decline to issue such Card and, if the Bank considers it appropriate, recommend that such Related Entities apply to be on-boarded as customers of the Bank under separate cards programmes.

Statement types: - Regular - Account Statement provided monthly without charging a fee for the reporting calendar month and formed by the Bank on the first days of the calendar month following the reporting one; - Additional – Account/Card Statement provided on a fee basis in accordance with the Bank's Tariffs and formed by the Bank on the basis of the Client's request; 9) Cardholder - an individual, an authorized representative of the Client, in whose name the Card is issued; 10) Debt – unfulfilled obligation of the Client/Cardholder to pay for the services rendered by the Bank under the Agreement, the amount of the Technical Overdraft, fine, penalty, forfeit, including the unfulfilled obligation to pay by the Client/Cardholder to third parties that arose during the Card transaction; 11) Application - a written declaration of the Client's will, drawn up in the form prescribed by the Agreement or in the form agreed with the Bank and containing a notice of motion to provide certain banking services under the Agreement; 12) Card - a corporate payment card, including a Contactless Card, issued in the name of an authorized representative of the Client for access to the Client's Account for the period of validity of the Card and allowing the Cardholder to carry out Card transactions through electronic terminals, ATMs and other devices within the amount of money for Client's account on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad. The Card is the property of the Bank and is issued to the Cardholder only as a means of access to the money on the Account; 13) Card transaction - payment for goods (works, services), cash receipt, currency exchange, payments and (or) transfers, including through an ATM, receipt of Account Statements through an ATM, crediting money to the Account and other operations determined by the Bank and on its terms, committed with the use of the Card; 14) Client - a legal entity or a separate subdivision of a legal entity (branch, representative office), which is the owner of the Account; 15)

Card Issue. 2.1. A Card can be issued to either the Individual Customer him- self (if a natural person) or to a Cardholder selected by the Corporate Customer in the Application, provided in either case such person is over 18 years old. The Company re- serves the right to refuse any Cardholder nomination by the Customer. 2.2. The Company may offer different types of Card Products from time to time or may restrict or limit the type of features of such products. Customers should consult on the relevant Card Product/features in the lists of fees and charges for Cards. The Company may make available additional infor- mation/descriptions on its Website or at Customer’s request. 2.3. Cards are delivered in a sealed envelope either to the Card- holder in person or by postal means to postal address spec- ified in Application, together with Card Instructions. 2.4. Customer acknowledges the risks related to Card delivery by postal services if Customer chooses or accepts such de- livery method, and accepts that The Company shall not be responsible or liable for risks, actions, delays or non-delivery by third party mail services. 2.5. Customer/Cardholder are obliged to inform The Company and Partner (as the case may be) if Card is not received by Cardholder within a reasonable timeframe by postal means. If Card is not received within 30 (thirty) days, The Company is entitled to cancel the Card, and issue a replacement Card upon Customer’s application which may be subject to fees and charges.

Card Issue. 2.1 The Bank will issue Cards in the name of the persons designated in writing by the Customer named in the Commercial Card Application Form subject to; 2.1.1 each proposed Cardholder being a full time employee or officer of the Customer or any subsidiary company of the Customer who has signed the Commercial Card Application Form 2.1.2 the Customer and Cardholder signing a Cardholder Application Form 2.1.3 the observance by the Customer of the Commercial Card Terms and Conditions, and the Cardholder of his conditions of use as defined below 2.2 The Card will be sent by post or courier to the Cardholder to the address notified to the Bank by the Cardholder at the risk of the Cardholder. 2.3 The Cardholder shall be provided a non-activated Card. Upon receipt of the Card, the Cardholder shall call the Bank at the number specified in order to activate the Card and retrieve a PIN. The Cardholder shall identify himself and advise any other confidential information that the Bank may require. The Cardholder’s telephone call to the Bank is proof of delivery and shall constitute binding and conclusive evidence of the Cardholder’s receipt of the Card and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2.4 The Cardholder’s usage of the Card shall constitute binding and conclusive evidence of the Cardholder’s and Company’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2.5 Upon receipt of the Card, the Cardholder shall sign the Card immediately. 2.6 The Card is and will, at all times be the property of the Bank and must be surrendered to the Bank immediately upon request by the Bank or its duly authorised agent. The Bank reserves the right to withdraw the Card at its absolute discretion and/or terminate the Card with or without (in its absolute discretion) prior notice and in whatever circumstances it deems fit. Customer and/or Cardholder shall not be entitled to any indemnity of whatsoever nature arising out of such Card withdrawal. 2.7 The Card is not transferable and will be used exclusively by the Cardholder. The Customer and/or the Cardholder may not pledge the Card as security for any purpose whatsoever. 2.8 The Cardholder shall at all times ensure that the Card is kept in a safe place.
