College Obligations. The College must make payment to any Sub-Contractor within 30 days of receiving a valid invoice in accordance with the required provisions of the Sub- Contract set out at Paragraph 1.8.2 of this Schedule.

College Obligations. The College agrees to sponsor programs, seminars, and workshops during in-service days and at other times throughout the year. Faculty members may complete such College-sponsored development opportunities, or undergraduate or graduate college-credit courses and/or programs, occupational and/or professional continuing education courses or programs, professional conferences, and community service, or any combination thereof to satisfy professional development obligations.
College Obligations. During the term of this Agreement, COLLEGE agrees to provide the following with respect to clinical clerkships of undergraduate students participating in clinical clerkships at the Provider Institution: A. COLLEGE shall maintain professional liability insurance coverage for all students collectively while students are performing duties under the scope of this and other Agreements in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 per claim and a $3,000,000 aggregate. B. COLLEGE shall send copies of the following to Provider Institution no less than two weeks prior to the commencement of the clinical clerkship assignment: 1. Names of the relevant Students 2. Relevant COLLEGE procedures and policies 3. Evaluation procedures and forms 4. Each Student’s proof of current immunization record 5. Each Student’s proof of professional liability insurance
College Obligations. COLLEGE will provide participating DISTRICT students with: A. COLLEGE will provide technology accounts for Online Services, Eagle, and RVC Mail. B. COLLEGE will provide a mandatory orientation, including a review of COLLEGE policies and procedures and a copy of COLLEGE's Student Handbook. C. COLLEGE will offer the mandatory STU 100, Planning for Success, during the summer semester preceding their fall semester enrollment. DISTRICT is responsible for the tuition and fees for STU 100 Planning for Success. D. COLLEGE will provide instruction opportunities to achieve an Associate of Arts Degree or an Associate in Science degree. E. COLLEGE will provide final grades for courses within two weeks of the completion of each semester. F. COLLEGE will be responsible for administering COLLEGE placement test with and for students (pursuant to Appendix B). G. COLLEGE will ensure that any employee or agent of COLLEGE who has direct and regular contact with participating DISTRICT students undergoes a criminal history records check. H. COLLEGE will ensure that instructors for Running Start courses are properly qualified to teach such courses, consistent with the Dual Credit Quality Act, 110 ILCS 27/16(5) and ILCS 27/20. COLLEGE shall approve any instructors which DISTRICT identifies and recommends for use in the Running Start Program. Any DISTRICT-recommended instructors shall be hired and compensated by DISTRICT. I. COLLEGE will take appropriate steps to ensure that Running Start courses are equivalent in quality and rigor to other courses offered at the COLLEGE for college credit. COLLEGE will ensure that Running Start student learning outcomes are the same as other courses taught at COLLEGE. In addition, COLLEGE will annually evaluate course content, delivery, and rigor, consistent with COLLEGE policy, in consultation with the DISTRICT’S superintendent. J. COLLEGE reserves the right to modify or cancel classes based on instructor availability and/or student interest. COLLEGE will support and implement schedule request changes made by DISTRICT Counselor and commit to ensuring any schedule changes of DISTRICT 122 students are approved by DISTRICT Counselor or DISTRICT Director of Career Readiness before being made. In such circumstances the COLLEGE will notify the DISTRICT counselor of such changes. K. College Obligations. A. Designate in writing a person or persons as point of contact between Xxxxxxxx Community & Technical College and SIUC on all matters related to this Agreement. B. Reserve the right to approve and edit all news releases, advertising and other public announcements and information pieces relating to the performance of this Agreement.
College Obligations. The College will: 3.1 Assume responsibility for continuing compliance with the educational standards of the appropriate accreditation and licensing bodies. 3.2 Designate a member of the faculty who will serve as a liaison with Facility on all aspects of the clinical learning experience. 3.3 Notify Facility about the planned schedule of Students’ assignments, level of academic preparation, and length and dates of clinical learning experience. 3.4 Refer to Facility only those Students who have completed the required educational curriculum applicable to Facility. 3.5 Maintain all educational records and reports relating to the educational program of the College and Students, and comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including without limitation, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”), with regard to the maintenance and release of information from such educational records. 3.6 Require that each Student, prior to beginning their clinical learning experience at Facility, completes criminal background checks and health screenings required by Facility, as further described by Facility in advance of Student’s placement. 3.7 XXXXXXX XXXXXXXX CLAUSE. As required by N.C Gen. Stat. sec. 115C-332.1, the College shall conduct prior to the start of service and annually thereafter a review of the State Sex Offender and Public Protection Registration Program, the State Sexually Violent Predator Registration Program, and the National Sex Offender Registry for all employees and Students who will provide services under this MOU that involve direct interaction with students, supervised or unsupervised. The College shall prohibit any of its employees or contractors listed on any of the above-named lists from having any direct contact with students.
