Compensation for Working Overtime a. For full-time employees assigned to an 8 hour shift:
(i) Overtime rate of time and 1/2 will be paid:
(A) For the first 4 hours worked in excess of 8 hours worked in any regular work day.
(B) For the first 8 hours worked on 1 of the 2 regularly scheduled days off each work week, if a minimum of 40 hours is worked during the work week.
(ii) Overtime rate of double time will be paid:
(A) For hours worked in excess of the first 8 hours worked on 1 of the 2 regularly scheduled days off each work week, if a minimum of 40 hours is worked during the work week.
(B) For all time worked on the second regularly scheduled day off if a minimum of 40 hours is worked during the work week and if a minimum of 4 hours is worked at premium rate overtime on the first regularly scheduled day off.
(C) For time worked in excess of 12 hours worked in any 24 hour period except when an employee, after bidding, voluntarily changes shifts.
b. For full-time employees assigned to a 10 hour shift:
(i) Overtime rate of time and 1/2 will be paid:
(A) For the first 2 hours worked in excess of 10 hours worked in any regular work day.
(B) For the first 10 hours worked on 1 of the 3 regularly scheduled days off each work week, if a minimum of 40 hours is worked during the work week.
(ii) Overtime rate of double time will be paid:
(A) For all hours worked in excess of the first 10 hours worked on 1 of the 3 regularly scheduled days off each work week, if a minimum of 40 straight time hours is worked during the work week.
(B) For all time worked on the second regularly scheduled day off if a minimum of 40 hours is worked during the work week and if a minimum of 4 hours is worked at premium rate overtime on the first regularly scheduled day off, and for all time worked on the third regularly scheduled day off if a minimum of 40 hours is worked during the work week and if a minimum of 4 hours is worked at premium rate overtime on the first or second regularly scheduled day off
(C) For time worked in excess of 12 hours worked in any 24 hour period except when an employee, after bidding, voluntarily changes shifts.
c. For part-time employees:
(i) Overtime rate of time and 1/2 will be paid:
(A) For the first 4 hours worked in excess of 8 straight-time hours worked.
(B) For the first 8 hours worked on 1 of the regularly scheduled days off each work week, if a minimum of 40 hours is worked during the work week.
(ii) Overtime rate of double time will be paid:
(A) For hours worked in excess of the fir...
Compensation for Working Overtime. All overtime work shall be paid as follows:
(a) First two (2) hours in excess of regular work day or regular work week at one and one-half (1½) times an employee's regular basic rate, but excluding from the calculations for the regular work week hours worked in excess of the regular daily hours.
(b) All hours in addition to the two hours mentioned in (a) hereof in excess of regular work day or regular work week at two (2) times an employee's regular basic rate, but excluding from the calculations for the regular work week hours worked in excess of the regular daily hours.
(c) For scheduled overtime on Saturdays or the employee's first day of rest,
(d) On Sundays or the employee's second day of rest all hours at two (2) times the employee's regular basic rate.
Compensation for Working Overtime. (1) Employees shall be entitled to compensation at the rate of time and one-half for all overtime hours worked.
(2) All overtime shall be calculated to the nearest quarter hour. However, compensation for overtime worked shall not be claimed or received for a period of extra duty of less than fifteen (15) minutes.
(3) Overtime compensation shall be compensated by time off in lieu, at a time mutually agreed between the Employer and the employee. If time off in lieu cannot be agreed upon, the employee shall be paid overtime compensation.
Compensation for Working Overtime. (a) Overtime worked before and/or after an employee's normal workday shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half times (1½x) for the first two (2) hours' worked and double time (2x) thereafter. Overtime worked on an employee's scheduled day of rest shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1½x) the employee's rate for the first two (2) hours' worked. All additional hours worked on his/her days of rest shall be paid at double time (2x) the employee's rate of pay.
(b) Employees shall have the option of being compensated for overtime in cash or compensatory time off. Banked overtime shall be taken in cash or time off prior to September 1st of each year.
(c) If an employee elects to take compensatory time off, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to schedule such time off by mutual agreement.
(d) If mutual agreement on the scheduling of compensatory time off cannot be reached the employee may elect to receive overtime in cash for overtime earned.
(e) Where the employee opts for payment in cash, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to make payment by the end of the month following the month in which:
(1) overtime was worked; and/or
(2) cash payment was elected as provided for in 15.2(d) of this Agreement.
(f) Overtime must be authorized by the Employer, in advance, except in an emergency.
Compensation for Working Overtime a. Overtime rate of time and 1/2 will be paid:
(i) For the first 4 hours of scheduled work in excess of 8 hours in any regular workday, or the first 2 hours in excess of 10 hours for employees assigned to 10 hour workdays.
(ii) For the first 8 hours worked on the first regular day off in the employee’s work week, or for the first 10 hours worked on the first regular day off in the employee’s work week for employees assigned to 10 hour workdays.
b. Overtime rate of double time will be paid:
(i) For hours worked in excess of the first 8 hours worked on a regular day off, or in excess of the first 10 hours worked on a regular day off for employees assigned to 10 hour workdays.
(ii) For all time worked on the second regularly scheduled day off and if a minimum of 4 hours is worked on the first regularly scheduled day off.
(iii) For time worked in excess of 12 hours in any 24 hour period except when an employee, after bidding, voluntarily changes their schedule.
c. For purposes of computing overtime compensation, the 24 period begins with the starting time of the employee’s assigned workday.
Compensation for Working Overtime. (a) Employees shall be entitled to compensation at the rate of time and one-half for all overtime hours worked except that compensation shall be at the rate of double time for that portion of overtime that exceeds seven and one-half (7.5) hours of contiguous overtime.
(b) All overtime shall be calculated to the nearest quarter hour. However, compensation for overtime worked shall not be claimed or received for a period of extra duty of less than fifteen (15) minutes.
(c) Overtime shall be compensated by pay except when the employee requests time off in lieu, in which case it shall be at a time mutually agreed between the Employer and the employee.
Compensation for Working Overtime. Overtime shall be paid at the rate of 1 ½ times the Employee's basic rate for the first 3 hours of overtime, and 2 times the Employee's basic rate for overtime beyond that. The Employee will have the option of choosing Pay or Time off. Any overtime carried over from year-to-year that is paid out, shall be paid at the rate in which it was earned. Time off is subject to operational requirements and must be scheduled by mutual agreement.

(b) All hours in addition to the two hours mentioned in (a) hereof in excess of regular work day or regular work week at TWO (2) times an employee's regular basic rate, but excluding from the calculations for the regular work week hours worked in excess of the regular daily hours.
(c) For scheduled overtime on Saturdays or the employee's first day of rest: First TWO (hours) at ONE and ONE-HALF (1½) times an employee's regular basic rate and for all hours thereafter TWO (2) times an employee's regular basic rate.
(d) On Sundays or the employee's second day of rest all hours at TWO (2) times the employee's regular basic rate.
Compensation for Working Overtime. 1. Overtime rate of time and 1/2 will be paid for the first 8 hours work on 1 of the 2 regularly scheduled days off.
2. Overtime rate of double time will be paid for hours worked in excess of the first 8 hours worked on one of the 2 regularly scheduled days off each work week.
3. For hours worked in excess of the first 8 hours worked on 1 of the 2 regularly scheduled days off each work week. For all time worked on the second regularly scheduled day off.
