Compensation for Overtime Worked. Overtime for employees in this Unit who are covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) shall be paid at time and one-half his/her regular hourly rate in accordance with the provisions of FLSA with the following exceptions:
Compensation for Overtime Worked. If an employee should complete work required, leave the work location, and subsequently be recalled during the four (4) hour period being compensated for as a result of the initial call back, no additional compensation will be paid until four (4) hours have been worked by the employee; i.e., there shall be no pyramiding of time and one-half pay as a result of call back. If an employee's work schedule must be altered to accommodate operational requirements on any scheduled work day and the employee is required to report for work up to two hours earlier than his/her normal shift starting time, this shall be considered an early shift start and not a call back.
Compensation for Overtime Worked. Payment for authorized overtime worked shall be either in cash or compensatory time off at the employee's option. Overtime work shall be compensated at the rate of time-and- one-half (1½) the regular rate of pay. An employee may choose accrued compensatory time off in lieu of cash payment for overtime worked if the employee’s supervisor agrees prior to the overtime work being performed. At any time, employees may accumulate a maximum of one hundred twenty (120) hours of compensatory time off, maintained on a continuous per pay period basis. Thereafter, the City will compensate employees with overtime pay only for all hours of overtime worked beyond the one hundred twenty (120)-hour limit. Compensatory time may be used at a time mutually agreeable to the employee and the Department Director. Compensatory time off shall not be taken when the employee must be replaced by another employee in an overtime status unless this provision is waived by the Department Director. Accrued compensatory time up to the maximum of one hundred twenty (120) hours provided above shall be used when requested by the employee and approved by the Department Director. Accrued compensatory time in excess of the maximum of one hundred twenty (120) hours provided above shall be used when requested by the employee and approved by the Department Director, or when scheduled by the Department Director, provided twenty-four (24) hours advance notice is given to the employee concerned.
Compensation for Overtime Worked. (i) Overtime rates shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular rate of pay. When an employee is required to work overtime immediately subsequent to a ten (10) hour shift, the rate shall be one and one-half (1½) times the regular rate for the first four (4) hours and double (2) times the regular rate of pay for all consecutive hours worked thereafter or the equivalent time in lieu. Compensation for Overtime Worked. A. Overtime for employees in this Unit in excess of the workweek, as defined by Section 7(a)(2)(c), shall be compensated by compensatory time on an hour-for- hour basis except as follows:
Compensation for Overtime Worked on regularly scheduled days off shall be paid at the overtime rate.
Compensation for Overtime Worked. 8.3.1 Overtime hours must be authorised by the employee’s manager in writing and in advance of the employee working the agreed daily overtime hours.
Compensation for Overtime Worked casuals Overtime rates are calculated based on the minimum full-time rate at the appropriate level plus the 25% casual loading.
Compensation for Overtime Worked. Unit members who are directed by the District to work in excess of ten (10) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week shall be compensated at the rate of time and one-half of the unit member’s regular hourly rate. All hours in paid status shall be considered as time worked for purposes of calculating hours worked.
