Discounted Fees. Porter County Parks will consider discounted rental fees for government and non-profit community partners on a case by case basis. No Discounts are guaranteed. To be considered for a discounted rental fee, non-profit and government entities must provide the following materials. Non-profit entities must provide a tax exempt certificate as well as a letter of intent explaining the facility usage and how it will benefit the Porter County Community. Porter County Government entities must only provide a letter of intent outlining how their use of the rental facility will benefit Porter County. No discounts are guaranteed and all requests will be evaluated and acted upon on a case-by-case basis by Porter County Parks staff. Discount requests must be submitted 60 days prior to the proposed rental date to allow adequate time for approval by the Park Superintendent. Discounts and complimentary rentals will only be applied to the rental fee itself. Things such as tents, port-a- potty rentals, staff time, wagon rides, etc. will remain at full price. Upon approval, Porter County Parks should be recognized as a sponsor of the event at a level matching the discounted value. Proof of value must be provided. Porter County Parks reserves the right to request follow up information on events receiving discounted rates to demonstrate the impact they made on the community. Due to the high demand for discounted rentals, we will only be able to offer one per month throughout each calendar year and discounts will only be considered up to the $850 value of exclusive use of the park. Discounted rentals are evaluated on a first come first served basis. Each individual in the rental party or attending an event, program, activity, etc. must obey all applicable Porter County Parks, City, State and Federal rules, ordinances, laws and regulations. Failure to do so may result in the rental contract being cancelled or terminated, and all guests being asked to leave the premises and/or be subject to legal action. The renter must provide general supervision and control over all activities and people to prevent injury or damage. A designated Point of Contact must be named, identified and on-site for the entire rental, which includes set-up and tear down. The rental contract must identify a phone number where the renter can be reached prior to and throughout the rental period, including the day of. Discounted Fees. THE COMPANY Service Fees are set to reflect the fair-market value of the infrastructure, THE COMPANY has built and the services it provides to support Partners and their customers in connection with the sale of THE COMPANY’s Products. THE COMPANY generally sets its non- discounted Service Fees for each Product to equal the difference between the recommended retail price of the product when sold to a Customer, and the Product Cost to Partners of such product. If, however, You initiate at least one (1) new Subscription customer in a calendar month, then, for the following calendar month, THE COMPANY will apply discounted Service Fees, as per the then current Services Fee Schedule, for all 3D resales made to Customers, on behalf of Your Practice, during that following month.

  • Program Fees Stripe will provide the Issuing Platform Services to you and the Stripe Issuing Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders at the rates and for the fees described on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing.   • Price Differential a. On each Business Day that a Transaction is outstanding, the Pricing Rate shall be reset and, unless otherwise agreed, the accrued and unpaid Price Differential shall be settled in cash on each related Price Differential Payment Date. Two (2) Business Days prior to the Price Differential Payment Date, Buyer shall give Seller written or electronic notice of the amount of the Price Differential due on such Price Differential Payment Date. On the Price Differential Payment Date, Seller shall pay to Buyer the Price Differential for such Price Differential Payment Date (along with any other amounts to be paid pursuant to Sections 7 and 34 hereof), by wire transfer in immediately available funds. b. If Seller fails to pay all or part of the Price Differential by 3:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the related Price Differential Payment Date, with respect to any Purchased Mortgage Loan, Seller shall be obligated to pay to Buyer (in addition to, and together with, the amount of such Price Differential) interest on the unpaid Repurchase Price at a rate per annum equal to the Post Default Rate until the Price Differential is received in full by Buyer. c. Seller may remit to Buyer funds in an amount up to the outstanding Purchase Price of the Purchased Mortgage Loans, to be held as unsegregated cash margin and collateral for all Obligations under this Agreement (such amount, to the extent not applied to Obligations under this Agreement, the “Buydown Amount”). The Buydown Amount shall be used by Buyer in order to calculate the aggregate Price Differential, which will accrue on the aggregate Purchase Price then outstanding minus the Buydown Amount, applied to Transactions involving the lowest Pricing Rate. The Seller shall be entitled to request a drawdown of the Buydown Amount or remit additional funds to be added to the Buydown Amount no more than one time per week. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event that a Margin Call or other Default exists, the Buyer shall be entitled to use any or all of the Buydown Amount to cure such circumstance or otherwise exercise remedies available to the Buyer without prior notice to, or consent from, the Seller. Within two (2) Business Days’ receipt of written request from Seller, and provided no Margin Call or other Default exists, Buyer shall remit any portion of such Buydown Amount back to Seller.

  • Finance Charges A finance charge is the cost you pay for credit. We will charge Interest Charges and Fees to your account as described to you in your statements and other Truth in Lending Disclosures. The following describes how the finance charge will be calculated on the Account. You have a 25-day grace (no finance charge) period on your purchase balance and for new purchases if you paid the entire New Balance on your last statement by the end of the grace period. You also have a 25-day grace period for new purchases if you did not have a balance on your last statement. The grace period starts on the billing cycle closing date. If you do not pay the entire New Balance by the end of the grace period, a finance charge will be imposed on the unpaid balance from the first day of the next billing cycle and on new purchases from the date they are posted to your Account. There is no grace period for cash advances. A finance charge will be imposed on cash advances from the date the cash advance is posted to your Account. Balance transfers as permitted by Credit Union from time to time in Credit Union’s sole discretion will be treated as cash advances for the purpose of all finance charges and finance charge calculations. Finance charges on your Account are calculated by applying the applicable Monthly Periodic Rate to the average daily balances for purchases and cash advances. Separate average daily balances are calculated for purchases and cash advances. To get each average daily balance, the daily balances for purchases and cash advances for the billing cycle are added and the totals are divided by the number of days in the cycle. To get the daily balance for cash advances, new cash advances are added to the day’s beginning balance and payments and credits are subtracted. To get the daily balance for purchases, new purchases are added to the day’s beginning balance and payments and credits are subtracted; however, new purchases are not added if you paid the entire New Balance on your last statement by the end of the grace period or if you did not have a balance on your last statement. Fees and unpaid finance charges are not included in the calculation of the average daily balance. Finance charges will continue to accrue on your Account until what you owe under this Agreement is paid in full. Credit Union may offer balance transfer, introductory rate, or other special rate promotions for your Account from time to time in Credit Union’s sole discretion. The applicable Monthly Periodic Rate and ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE for any promotion and any promotion terms and conditions will be disclosed to before or at the time you make use of such promotion.

  • Night Shift Differential Unit 12 employees who regularly work shifts shall receive a night shift differential as set forth below: A. Employees shall qualify for the first night shift pay differential of forty (40) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift falls between 6 p.m. and 12 midnight. B. Employees shall qualify for the second night shift pay differential of fifty (50) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift fall between 12 midnight and 6 a.m. C. A "regularly scheduled work shift" are those regularly assigned work hours established by the department director or designee.

  • Utilization Fees For any day on which the aggregate amount of Loans then outstanding exceeds fifty percent (50%) of the Commitments then in effect, or if any Loans remain outstanding after the Commitments have been terminated, then Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the ratable account of the Lenders in accordance with their Percentages a utilization fee accruing at a rate per annum equal to the Utilization Fee Rate on the aggregate amount of Loans outstanding on such date. Such utilization fee is payable in arrears on the last Business Day of each calendar quarter and on the Termination Date, and if the Commitments are terminated in whole prior to the Termination Date, the fee for the period to but not including the date of such termination shall be paid in whole on the date of such termination.

  • Breakage Costs The Borrower shall pay all Breakage Costs required to be paid by it pursuant to this Agreement and incurred from time to time by any Lender upon demand within fifteen (15) days from receipt of written notice from the Agent, or such earlier date as may be required by this Agreement.
