Donation of Annual Leave. An employee may donate cashable annual leave to a fellow employee who is qualified under the MOA’s Leave Donation Program.
Donation of Annual Leave. Regular or term employees are eligible to participate in donation of annual leave under the following conditions.
Donation of Annual Leave. A benefit-eligible nurse who is on an approved family/medical leave and who has exhausted his/her sick/annual leave accrual benefits due to hardship shall be eligible to receive annual leave donations from other bargaining unit nurses. A nurse may donate up to forty (40) hours of annual leave per year provided the nurse has at least forty (40) hours of annual leave remaining after such donation and has used at least eighty (80) hours of annual leave during the twelve (12) months preceding the donation. Any hours donated are transferred on an irrevocable basis.
Donation of Annual Leave. A Deputy may donate annual leave to another eligible County employee in accordance with Xxxxx County policy.
Donation of Annual Leave. In exceptional circumstances and subject to the Employer's discretion regarding the criteria for this section, an employee may be granted permission to donate a portion of the employee's accrued and unused Annual leave hours to an eligible co-worker who has depleted all Annual leave due to a catastrophic or extended illness or injury.
Donation of Annual Leave. The Employer and Union acknowledge the value of employees having the opportunity to donate accrued and unused Annual leave for co-workers who have depleted all Annual leave due to a catastrophic or extended illness or injury. To that end, the Employer and the Union, through the Labor Management Committee, will jointly design the materials so that they are clear and specific about the program and the rules. In the event the administrative process exceeds the benefit to employees, the Labor Management Committee will review the eligibility both to donate and the eligibility to receive donated Annual leave.
Donation of Annual Leave. Donation of leave will be handled in accordance with the Personnel Handbook.
Donation of Annual Leave. In accordance with City Resolution 91-135, Employees may donate a portion of their accrued annual leave to a fellow City employee who is suffering from, or has an immediate family member suffering from, an extraordinary or severe illness, injury, impairment, or physical or mental condition which has caused or is likely to cause the employee to take leave without pay or to terminate his/her employment with the City. Donation of accrued annual leave will be implemented per City Resolution No. 91-135.
Donation of Annual Leave. Employees may donate the monetary value of annual leave to a fellow employee who has suffered or is suffering a serious personal emergency or disaster such as probable early death of the employee or a member of the employee's immediate family, lingering or incurable illness of the employee or a member of the employee's immediate family, or the loss of home and all belongings due to fire or natural disaster. Annual leave donations must be approved by the Employer.
Donation of Annual Leave. Employees shall be allowed to donate up to forty (40) hours of annual leave time per calendar year to another employee of the Medical Center in accordance with Medical Center policy.
