Full Service Maintenance. When requested by Client Agency, Contractor shall provide full-service maintenance that includes, but is not limited to, monthly preventative maintenance and inspections, on phone call repair service and emergency repair service. Service calls on contracted Equipment performed between regular monthly inspections during normal working hours shall be no charge to the Client Agency. PMs must meet all applicable State and municipal safety and health standards relevant to the equipment being maintained. The Client Agency shall obtain quotes from, at least, three (3) qualified Contractors for Full-Service PMs to be Performed. The Client Agency shall provide the Contractor(s) a SOW that includes a list of each Equipment (See Attachment 2 - Statement of Work Full-Service Preventative Maintenance and Inspection). The Client Agency shall select and issue a Purchase Order to the Contractor who provides a quote with the overall lowest monthly cost for the PM requirements listed on the SOW. The Client Agency may add or delete Equipment from the SOW at any time during the Term. The Contractor shall adjust pricing in writing to the Client Agency to reflect each addition or deletion of Equipment. The Client Agency shall provide an amended Purchase Order to reflect these changes. The Contractor shall schedule PM’s twenty-four (24) hours in advance with the Client Agency. The Contractor may not be permitted to Service Equipment without advance notice of scheduling. All PMs must be performed during Normal Hours of Work. The Client Agency reserves the right to postpone or limit Contractor Service during peak hours of food preparation or meal serving periods. All inspections shall comply with the manufacturer’s recommendations and include, but are not limited to, the following In addition to the PM requirements in the SOW, PMs must include, but are not limited to, the following tasks which must be performed in a manner consistent with the OEM’s recommendations: • Make all required adjustments and calibrations to ensure proper and accurate operation of the Equipment. • Check, adjust and replace all electrical, mechanical and safety devices as required. • Check amperages and running condition. • Take temperatures to ensure the Equipment is properly calibrated. • Clean evaporators and condenser coils. • Drain lines. • Check for efficiency of freezer door gaskets. • Check all probes for operational efficiency. • De-scale where required. • Check frost patterns. • Change water filte...
