Full Service Maintenance. 10.1 “Full-Service” maintenance service The “Full Service” rental includes, subject to the limits and conditions specified below, the “Full-Service Maintenance Service”. 10.2 Contents, conditions and usability limits of the "Full-Service Maintenance Service” The Full-Service Maintenance Service includes any ordinary and extraordinary maintenance intervention necessary, whatever the origin and cause of the fault, to restore the normal functionality of the Miner such as, for example, in the event that due to the fault (or theft), it is necessary to replace one or more of the components listed below: transformer, cards, UPS batteries, PC card, touch screen. 10.3 Availability of the Full-Service Maintenance Service through other group companies The provision of the services included in the Full-Service Maintenance Service may be delegated by SWAG OÜ to other companies of the group or to third parties with whom it has collaborative relationships for this purpose. 10.4 Delivery times of the Full-Service Maintenance Service SWAG OÜ undertakes to carry out the Full-Service Maintenance interventions within a maximum term of 30 (thirty) working days starting from the arrival of the Miner and / or individual damaged components at the Mining Pool. In any case, SWAG OÜ undertakes to guarantee the Full-Service Maintenance Service even outside the cases envisaged within the maintenance considered ordinary, such as, by way of example but not limited to, in the event of a failure relating to components other than those constituting the original equipment of the Miner, or in the event of destruction of the Miner (meaning by this the serious damage extended to the main components of the Miner, which cannot be repaired by preserving the identity of the latter), reserving, for such possible circumstances, an intervention time and problem solving appropriate to the characteristics of the problem 11.1 Obligation to report the theft / loss / destruction of the Miner SWAG OÜ has the duty to notify the User without delay, necessarily in writing by e-mail, of the theft, loss and destruction of the Miner; where said events are a consequence of the unlawful act of the Mining Pool or third parties, SWAG OÜ has the duty to attach to the aforementioned communication a copy of the complaint filed with the competent Authorities. In any case, in the event of theft, loss or destruction of the Miner, the amount initially invested by the User will be returned in Euros by SWAG OÜ.
Full Service Maintenance. When requested by Client Agency, Contractor shall provide full-service maintenance that includes, but is not limited to, monthly preventative maintenance and inspections, on phone call repair service and emergency repair service. Service calls on contracted Equipment performed between regular monthly inspections during normal working hours shall be no charge to the Client Agency. PMs must meet all applicable State and municipal safety and health standards relevant to the equipment being maintained. The Client Agency shall obtain quotes from, at least, three (3) qualified Contractors for Full-Service PMs to be Performed. The Client Agency shall provide the Contractor(s) a SOW that includes a list of each Equipment (See Attachment 2 - Statement of Work Full-Service Preventative Maintenance and Inspection). The Client Agency shall select and issue a Purchase Order to the Contractor who provides a quote with the overall lowest monthly cost for the PM requirements listed on the SOW. The Client Agency may add or delete Equipment from the SOW at any time during the Term. The Contractor shall adjust pricing in writing to the Client Agency to reflect each addition or deletion of Equipment. The Client Agency shall provide an amended Purchase Order to reflect these changes. The Contractor shall schedule PM’s twenty-four (24) hours in advance with the Client Agency. The Contractor may not be permitted to Service Equipment without advance notice of scheduling. All PMs must be performed during Normal Hours of Work. The Client Agency reserves the right to postpone or limit Contractor Service during peak hours of food preparation or meal serving periods.
