Government Commitments. The CCC Company has not entered into, nor is the Plant Property bound by, whether or not in writing, any Contracts with any Governmental Authority involving any public subsidies or similar grants that encumber the Plant Property in any material respect or which otherwise require a Company to reimburse or take any other similar action to compensate such Governmental Authority.

Government Commitments. In return for the full and truthful cooperation of Weatherford and compliance with the terms and conditions ofthis Agreement, this Office agrees that it shall not seek to prosecute Weatherford, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, predecessors, and assigns (excluding PD Drilling Holdings Inc. and Weatherford Production Optimisation (U.K.) Ltd. f/k/a eProduction Solutions U.K. Ltd.) for any criminal conduct that occurred before the date ofthis Agreement, that (i) is in the scope ofor related to the attached Factual Statementa, or (ii) Weatherford disclosed and documented to this Office prior to the signing of this Agreement, unless in the sole reasonable discretion of this Office, there is a willful and material breach of this Agreement. In the event of a breach resulting in a prosecution of Weatherford, this Office may use any information provided by or on behalf of Weatherford to this Office or any investigative agency, whether prior to or subsequent to this Agreement, and/or any leads derived from such information, including the attached Factual Statement. Nothing in this Agreement protects or immunizes in any way any current or former employee or official of Weatherford, or any other individual, from investigation or prosecution by this Office, the Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control, the Department of Commerce, or any other federal, state, or local investigative agency or prosecutor.
Government Commitments. In return for the full and truthful cooperation of ING Bank and compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the United States agrees that it shall not seek to prosecute ING Bank, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, or assigns for any act within the scope of or related to the Factual Statement or this investigation from 1995 through the date of this Agreement unless: (a) other than the transactions that have already been disclosed and documented to the United States, ING Bank knowingly and willfully transmitted or approved the transmission of USD-denominated funds through the United States or involving a U.S. person in violation of U.S. law that went to or came from persons or entities designated at the time of the transaction by the Office of Foreign Assets Control as a Specially Designated Terrorist, a Specially Designated Global Terrorist, a Foreign Terrorist Organization, or a proliferator of Weapons of Mass Destruction (an “Undisclosed Special SDN Transaction”); or (b) in the sole discretion of the United States, there is a willful and material breach of this Agreement. In the event of a breach resulting in a prosecution of ING Bank or a prosecution related to an Undisclosed Special SDN transaction, the United States may use any information provided by or on behalf of ING Bank to the United States or any investigative agency, whether prior to or subsequent to this Agreement, and/or any leads derived from such information, including the attached Factual Statement.
Government Commitments. 120. The Government of Sierra Leone will provide the necessary policy guidelines and enabling environment for the implementation of the country programme. Also Government will provide financial and logistic support through the provision of office space for the Project Support Units (PSUs) in various line ministries; payment of remuneration to staff, payments of utility bills and contribute to the maintenance and operations cost of equipment. The total cost of these provisions is estimated at Le 500,000,000 per year.

Election Commitments‌ The Government’s main priority is to eliminate ambulance ramping and improve access to care. Improvements will be achieved through a range of strategies that will invest in more Doctors, Nurses, Hospital Beds, Paramedics and significant Capital Investment. These investments will enable more patients to be seen and treated, improving the flow of patients through hospitals and allowing paramedics to bring patients into the Emergency Departments. The Government’s strong focus on reducing ramping relies on all LHNs prioritising timely access to care and patient flow initiatives and contributing to the development and implementation of state-wide improvement strategies. This includes local protocols and escalation plans which will contribute to the overall flow of the system. Ending Privatisation of Services‌ The Government is committed to restricting any future privatisation and outsourcing of services, and will seek and consider opportunities to bring currently outsourced services back into the public service. Strategic DeliverablesThe Parties will co-ordinate and partner to achieve the key goals, directions and strategies articulated within the following: > South Australian Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2020-2025 > State Public Health Plan 2019-2024 > SA Health Strategic Clinical Services Plan 2021-2031 > SA Mental Health Services Plan 2020-2025 > SA Health Clinical Services Capability Framework The LHN has a responsibility to ensure that the delivery of health care services is consistent with SA Health’s strategic directions and priorities and that these and local priorities are reflected in strategic and operational plans. The overarching strategy to address the health needs of all South Australians is underpinned by the SA Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2020-2025 and the SA Health Strategic Clinical Services Plan 2021-2031. These strategies provide the strategic intent for the health system, including the future priorities to address population health need. The three-year commissioning plan will provide future funding intent for health services, aligning to the system strategy. Also, Government will provide support to the enhancement of the human resources needs of the programme by facilitating the recruitment, deployment or redeployment of the requisite personnel in the various PSUs and the building of their technical competencies. Since government staff working in the PSUs will be taking on additional tasks and responsibilities, which are crucial for the success of the country programme and in view of the salary levels in the public sector, the Government of Sierra Leone will encourage the payment of appropriate administrative and coordination costs to government employees serving as staff of PSUs. This is to ensure their time and commitment to the achievement of programme results.
Government Commitments. The Government of Lesotho commits itself to addressing issues in relation to subsidies (i.e. wet industries wastewater tariffs and domestic tariffs below production cost) that are presently being financed by WASA and that these cross subsidies will be removed over time. Government Commitments. 1. The Government shall ensure the necessary security of the Country Office and of its officials throughout the territory of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, and shall take appropriate security measures for the effective performance of the activities of the Country Office. To that end, the competent authorities shall ensure the security and pro- tection of the Country Office and of its officials and shall take appropriate measures so that they will not be disturbed by unauthorized entry onto their premises by persons or groups of persons from outside or by disturbances in the immediate vicinity of the Coun- try Office. 2. In accordance with the pertinent principles and practices of the United Nations, the Government shall respect the total freedom of expression of all participants in semi- nars, training sessions, symposia, workshops and other similar activities organized by the Country Office, to which the Convention shall apply. All participants and persons per- forming functions in connection with the seminars, training sessions, symposia, work- shops and other similar activities organized by the Country Office shall enjoy the privi- leges and immunities, facilities and advantages needed for the free exercise of their par- ticipation and their functions. Participants shall enjoy immunity from all legal process in respect of words spoken by them in the course of those seminars, training sessions, sym- posia, workshops and other similar activities. 4. In all cases in which this Agreement provides for privileges, immunities and rights of the Country Office and its officials, as well as the facilities that the Government undertakes to grant, the Government shall ensure that the competent national authorities respect those privileges, immunities and rights and grant those facilities. 5. The Government shall notify the civilian and military authorities and the na- tional and departmental police authorities of this Agreement, and shall use all official media to inform the general public about it. It shall also inform the competent authorities of the recommendations made by the Country Office to ensure that the procedures which they apply under internal law conform to the provisions of international instruments.
