Programmatic Requirements. The recipient is responsible for providing documentation to the NRC that tracks each student’s progress in achievement of the academic program for which federal funds were provided. This includes:
(1) ensuring the service agreement is signed by the student prior to providing support;
(2) providing the NRC with student contact information upon student entry into the program, upon completion or withdrawal from the program, and upon request by the NRC; and (3) monitoring the student’s fulfillment of the service agreement for the duration of the award. The NRC shall be notified immediately if a student is not fulfilling the academic program or the service agreement.

If a student does not obtain nuclear related employment in the 6 month timeframe, a waiver can be requested or the NRC will seek repayment of funds. Failure to complete service for any reason is a breach of the NRC Service Agreement. The NRC will work with students to assist them, to the extent possible, to avoid a breach and fulfill the service obligation. A recipient should immediately contact the NRC if a situation arises in which a student is potentially unable to fulfill his/her service obligation. Individuals who breach their NRC Service Agreement contract are subject to monetary damages as follows:
(1) Failure to complete degree program – Institutions that support students who are dismissed from school for academic or disciplinary reasons or who voluntarily terminate the degree program before graduation from for which the support was awarded will be in breach of the service agreement and will be liable to the NRC for repayment of all NRC funds received by the students.
(2) Students who for any reason fail to comply with the terms and conditions of deferring or postponing the service obligation for nuclear related employment or who for any reason fail to begin or complete their service obligation after completion of degree program, will be in breach of their service obligation contract and will be liable to the NRC for repayment for all NRC funds paid to them on their behalf. At this time, the amount owed to the NRC is a valid debt of the Federal government subject to all laws and provisions governing the administration of the debt. Programmatic Requirements. ▪ If the program participant requests to move from their unit and the reason(s) are determined by the case manager and the City’s Program Administrator as acceptable, the TBRA subsidy will move with the program participant. ▪ The case manager will work with the program participant to ensure compliance. ▪ An eviction by the landlord for cause may result in the participant’s termination of the TBRA subsidy. ▪ When the participant’s eviction from their unit is questionable, the case manager can present a case to the City’s Program Administrator to advocate for the continuance of the TBRA subsidy in an alternative unit. ▪ A program participant’s TBRA subsidy may terminate if they participate in any of the following: o Violence towards neighbors or program staff o General threats to neighbors, program staff, or landlord o Allow unauthorized persons to live in the unit o Abandon the unit o Cause destruction to the unit o Create HQS violations or sub-standard housing conditions, such as allowing the utilities to be turned off o Stalking o Additional issues that may result in termination, depending on each project, are outlined in the Project Specific Addendum(s) to these Guidelines ▪ The case manager must provide a written notification to the City’s Program Administrator if any program participant’s behavior or actions may result in the termination of their TBRA subsidy. An e-mail will satisfy the written notification requirement. ▪ The case manager may not be involved with the serving or receiving of any legal unit notices from the landlord to the program participant. The case manager may, however, serve TBRA assistance termination notices/letters to the program participant as advised by the City’s Program Administrator. ▪ The landlord, not the case manager, must legally address any abandoned items after the program participant leaves their rental unit. ▪ Program participants that exit the TBRA Program voluntarily may re- apply for assistance after six months, if the waiting list re-opens. ▪ If a program participant loses their TBRA subsidy and housing due to being hospitalized or institutionalized for an extended period of time (the length of time in which the unit may be held will be determined on a case by case basis), they may re-apply for assistance after six months, if the waiting list re-opens. ▪ If the program participant is exited for violent behavior or non-payment of rent, he/she may not be able to re-apply to the program. ▪ If the program participant...
Programmatic Requirements. 1. Facilities and Partnerships
a. Recommend supplies, services, and equipment necessary for program operation.
b. Work with clinical, apprenticeships, and other occupational related affiliates.
c. Share in the responsibility of reviewing clinical, apprenticeships, and other occupational related affiliation agreements annually.
d. Participate with the program’s Advisory Committee, recommend individuals to serve, prepare meeting agendas, and attend meetings.
e. With program Faculty, Associate Xxxx, and other appropriate persons, prepare accreditation self-study report, coordinate on-site visits and respond (if necessary) to the report from the Accreditation agency.
f. Where applicable, complete annual report for accreditation and communicate with the Accreditation Agency as necessary.
g. Recommend to the Associate Xxxx the program’s schedule of courses.
h. Regularly evaluate and update program policies and procedures to ensure continued compliance with Accreditation Standards, Industry Standards and/or institutional policies.
2. Student Success and Completion
a. Regularly evaluate and update Student and Program Handbooks to ensure continued compliance with College and regulatory policies.
b. Recommend, evaluate, and approve or deny course waivers for students when applicable.
Programmatic Requirements. 1. PCLB shall:
a. Maintain a link on the PCLB website to the home page for the OEL website, the local early learning coalition website and the DCF website.
b. Coordinate with OEL and the ELC to make all information related to the regulatory status of SR providers available through the DCF website.
c. Provide technical assistance and support to SR providers within their respective county.
d. Participate in training developed by OEL and DCF for programs related to child care licensing in accordance with governing statutes or regulations.
e. Provide notification to the ELC regarding SR provider inspection results.
f. Monitor and verify compliance with s. 1002.88(1) (c), F.S. through inspections of the SR program providers, a minimum of one time per year.
g. Participate in due process proceedings pursuant to the Statewide SR Provider Contract, acting as inspection authority for the SR Program.
h. Coordinate with DCF and disseminate to the community through electronic means, information on child care licensing standards, background screening procedures (to include disqualifying offenses), health and safety standards for SR providers and the results of child care monitoring and inspection reports.
i. INSERT LLAPCLB is not required to conduct a follow up inspection if the noncompliance for a SR Health and Safety requirement is outside of the required annual SR Health and Safety inspection. However, PCLB INSERT LLA shall notify the local ELC of the infraction.
Programmatic Requirements. 2.1. Scope of the Agreement The Government and the Recipient are bound to each other by a duty of good faith and best effort to achieve the goals of the agreement. This agreement is not intended to be, nor shall it be construed as, by implication or otherwise, a partnership, a corporation, or other business organization. This agreement represents an opportunity to provide training/educational opportunities and environmental stewardship services at Mojave River Dam and Reservoir. The Recipient of this agreement will be a qualified youth service or conservation corps that provides job training and skills development to young adults of local communities. The Recipient’s youth participants will gain experience with project planning, development, and implementation, while assisting with environmental stewardship activities on USACE project lands. Work items to be performed under this agreement include Restoration, including the installation of barriers to protect habitat, GPS Monitoring, Public Outreach and Interpretation. Services will be requested by a task order as funds and work/education project opportunities become available. Each specific project proposed under this Agreement will be evaluated by both USACE and the recipient to make certain it meets the education and stewardship objectives set forth in the Cooperative Agreement. In order to include funds from an enviromnental program grant listed in§35.101 ofthis subpart in a Performance Partnership Grant, applicants must meet the requirements for award of each of the enviromnental programs from which funds are combined in the agency's Performance Partnership Grant, except the requirements at§35.268(b) and (c), 35.272, and35.298 (c), (d), (e), and (g). These requirements can be found in the CFR beginning at§35.
Programmatic Requirements. Quarterly financial and programmatic progress reports to the State using Attachment F are required. The programmatic progress report will include sufficient narrative to determine the degree to which the project has been implemented and the estimated time to completion. The Recipient must notify the State as soon as significant developments become known, such as delays or adverse conditions that might raise costs or delay completion, or favorable conditions allowing lower cost or earlier completion.
