Host ObligationsThe HOST shall: a) Select, arrange, organize, and operate the venue(s) which meets the minimum criteria established in the current Lacrosse Canada RULES OF PLAY. b) Provide nominations to the FIELD Directorate for Convener. c) Submit a list of extra-curricular functions, if any, planned to be held. d) Provide meeting facilities for the pre-Provincial Championship coaches and officials meeting and AS REQUIRED FOR ANY Disciplinary/Appeal Hearing. BCLA Field Directorate Disciplinary Rules should be handed out at this meeting. e) Provide a sufficient number of volunteers and FIELD officials to efficiently manage Provincial Championships (bench officials, scorekeepers) f) Make sure all games are played in accordance to the set schedule. g) May provide a souvenir program (BCLA will not be producing a program or roster sheet, but will provide up to $250 with receipts), with one page of free advertising to the BCLA. h) The HOST must prepare a budget of anticipated revenue and expenses. i) No admission shall be charged to spectators. j) The host may conduct a raffle for prizes to be won at the provincial championships and retain those profits. * Income generated from the 50/50 draws is the property of the Hosts. The Hosts must secure a BC Gaming Policy & Enforcement Branch license to hold any 50/50 or other raffles. k) The HOST must comply with the FIELD Provincial Championship Directive. l) The HOST is responsible to have field time booked prior to submitting application to Host Provincial Championships. m) Provide all original copies of game sheets and disciplinary reports to the Provincial Playoff Director. n) Ensure a plan is in place to have quick medical attendance on site. o) All expenses other than medals, awards, plaques, field time, balls and referee’s fees & travel costs, & BCLA representative expenses, are the responsibility of the Host(s). p) Provide the FIELD DIRECTORATE with a complete financial report within thirty (30) days of the completion of the Provincial Championships. q) Provide a hospitality room for coaches, officials and administrators for the duration of the Provincials Championships.
Host ObligationsDuring the term of this Agreement, the Host shall use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with the Host obligations set forth in Exhibit A (“Host Obligations”). Host Obligations. 3.1 To allow the Homestay Website to provide the Services set out in this agreement the Host agrees that they will: 3.2 Provide the Homestay Website with complete, accurate, and timely information about the Property and any other information reasonably requested by the Homestay Website. It is the Host’s responsibility to ensure that the Homestay Website has all the information needed to operate and maintain the Property and look after the safety of each Guest through the Host’s Caretaker; 3.3 Cooperate fully with the Homestay Website in the provision of the Services and pay the Homestay Website’s Fee and other costs when due. 3.4 Homestay website shall charge a Fee at the rate of 10% for any reservation obtained through the Homestay website
Host Obligations. Provider shall be responsible for and shall pay for any documented taxes, fees or charges imposed or authorized by any Governmental Authority arising from Provider’s operation of the System and sale of the Solar Services to Host except for sales and use, taxes (“Taxes”). The parties acknowledge that Host is currently exempt from Connecticut sales and use taxes. Provider shall reimburse Host for any Tax that is the responsibility of Provider but that is imposed upon and paid by Host. This Section 9.1 excludes Taxes specified in Section 9.2.
Host Obligations. Host shall: 4.1. Respond promptly to any reasonable requests from Rebels ITK for instructions, information or approvals required by Rebels ITK to provide the Services; 4.2. Ensure that the Site is suitable for the Services, and in a good condition such that it is safe for occupancy by Rebels ITK personnel and any persons attending or participating in the Services; 4.3. Make arrangements to ensure that the Site is available on the Event Date, and obtain all necessary permits or permissions for its use; 4.4. Supply the required equipment set out under Schedule “A” hereto (the “Equipment”) in good, clean, and working conditions on the Event Date; 4.5. Assist Rebels ITK with obtaining an executed Waiver for every person attending and participating in the Services; 4.6. Identify all allergies and relevant health conditions of individuals that will be attending or participating in the Services in any capacity, and provide this information to Rebels ITK at least 7 (days) before the Event Date; and 4.7. Take all steps necessary, including obtaining any required licenses or consents, to prevent delays to Rebels ITK' provision of the Services.
Host Obligations. In consideration of the grant of the Rights, the Host must during the Term: (a) meet the delivery obligations as set out by AusCycling National Road Series Organisers guide (or other guides, and policies as set by AusCycling). (b) comply with all delivery obligations and standards under this Agreement including the standards set out in Schedule 2 of this Agreement; (c) comply with any requests from Sport Integrity Australia; (d) comply with any reasonable requests from AusCycling; (e) comply with all relevant legislation, regulations, notices and directions of any government or semi-government authority in force from time to time governing the operation and conduct of the Host's business or the hosting of the Event; (f) not do anything which might cause the Event to be mistaken for, in any way passed off as, represented to be, or known or described as anything other than the Event name in clause 1(a); (g) use its best endeavours to preserve and protect the value and validity of the Event, the Rights, the Event Imagery and any AusCycling Logos; (h) ensure that the Key Personnel have in-depth involvement with the performance of the Host's obligations under this Agreement; (i) if there is any expectation of, or any actual cessation or reduction in one or more of the Key Personnel's in-depth involvement, promptly inform AusCycling in writing and ensure continued performance of the Host's obligations and promptly engage one or more replacement Key Personnel, subject to approval of such person or persons by AusCycling (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld). Where AusCycling reasonably withholds its approval of the replacement Key Personnel, the Host must engage such other Key Personnel that are reasonably approved by AusCycling; (j) not do, nor permit any of the Key Personnel or its officers, servants, employees, contractors, volunteers or agents to do or perform any act which prejudices or brings into disrepute AusCycling or any of its officers, servants and agents, the Event or the sport of cycling; (k) provide all reasonably necessary support, information, materials and assistance to AC to enable it to meet its obligations under this Agreement; (l) not do or permit anything to be done which is or could be detrimental to the goodwill, name or reputation of AusCycling, the Event or the Event Imagery; (m) use its best endeavours to maintain and promote the image and reputation of AusCycling and the Event.

Host ObligationsThe Host shall be jointly and severally liable for compliance with all terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement by all guest riders (“Guests”), for payment of all and other charges associated with such Electric Kick Scooters or Bicycles, and for all claims, injuries or other damage caused or suffered by Guests. Host acknowledges and agrees that each Guest shall personally read and agree to this Agreement and the applicable Privacy Policy. In addition, Host shall certify that it has read and agrees to this Agreement and acknowledges its responsibilities and certifies that: (a) All Guests are 16 years of age or older (b) Host assumes full responsibility for damages and injuries caused by Host or Guest(s) (c) One rider per Electric Kick Scooter and Bicycle (d) Host will pay for all of the rides using its account (e) Host agrees to indemnify Operator, Technology Services Provider, and compensate any Guest for any bodily injuries (f) Host has provided Guests with the opportunity to review this Agreement on its mobile device. (g) Host agrees to be responsible for parking of all Electric Kick Scooters and Bicycles; fees incurred as a result of bad parking may be passed onto Host.
Host ObligationsThe Host agrees to perform the following duties throughout the term of this Agreement: a. ensure continuous and sufficient electrical power and speed of its Internet connection sufficient to present the Content on the Display during normal business hours of the Host; Confidential and Proprietary Information of CCTV Revised 2/1/2019 b. provide prompt notice to the Company, and in no event later than within 24 hours, of any interruption to the presentation of the Content on the Display; c. provide an unimpeded view of the Display at all times during normal business hours of the Host; d. provide adequate training to all personnel representing the Host and having any contact with its customers or the general public about the Content and the Display; e. provide access to the Digital Host Site to the Company, through its authorized agents, at all times during the Host’s regular business hours for the purpose of allowing the installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the Display, as and when necessary, as determined by the Company; f. bar any other audio or video content that the Company may deem to be competitive in any way, for the duration of this agreement and for 90 business days following its termination; g. cooperate fully with the Company to permit the removal of the Display from the Digital Host Site in the event the Host file a petition in any U.S. Bankruptcy Court of appropriate jurisdiction or executes an assignment of its property rights for the benefit of its creditors or is unable to pay its debts as and when they accrue, or it violates any of the “Host Obligations” as set forth in this document; and h. notify the Company of its intention to change the location of the Digital Host Site from that approved by the Company.
Host ObligationsSubject to limitations contained herein, Host agrees to, at all times, make the Licensed Space and Necessary Space available to CSG, its subcontractors and vendors, and all users of the Electric Vehicle Charging Stations.
