Industrial Clothing. All industrial clothing will be supplied by the Employer at no expense to the fleet electrician.

Industrial Clothing. 6.3.1 The company will be responsible for the full cost of providing and maintaining appropriate protective and industrial clothing. The clothing will be provided with appropriate logos and insignia's so as to make the clothing non conventional within the meaning of tax legislation particular to industrial clothing. 6.3.2 The wearing of industrial safety clothing will be compulsory whilst an Employee is on duty and will be replaced on a ‘fair wear and tear’ basis.
Industrial Clothing. All employees covered by this Agreement will be supplied with 5 sets of shirts and trousers and safety boots and a hat as required. They will be Council set issue as a formal uniform. Clothing and safety equipment (including safety boots) which are "worn out" will be replaced when returned to the store. A decision on whether clothing is worn out will be made by the Head of the Store following a recommendation from the employees' supervisor. Any dispute will be referred to the Manager for decision. It is further agreed that any employee who is required to work outside the vehicle will refer to Council’s Sun Protection Policy.
Industrial Clothing. The standard issue of clothing will be a combination of the following each year: Coverall/overall/trouser – short/long • 2 sets to be supplied upon commencement of permanent employment. • 2 additional sets to be supplied after a further six months and a further 4 sets to be supplied on replacement for fair wear and tear, but not before the expiry of one year. Shirt – long or short sleeve • 3 sets to be supplied upon commencement of permanent employment. • 2 additional sets to be supplied after a further six months and a further 4 sets to be supplied on replacement for fair wear and tear, but not before the expiry of one year. Pullover or Jacket • 1 set to be supplied upon commencement of permanent employment. • Additional item supplied on replacement for fair wear and tear, but not before the expiry of one year. Footwear • 1 pair to be supplied upon commencement of permanent employment. • Additional item supplied on replacement for fair wear and tear. Logo • Company logo will be included on all pieces of clothing The Company recognises it has a responsibility to its employees to provide a safe and healthy working environment. Likewise, it is expected that the Employee recognises that s/he has a responsibility to contribute to this environment by observing all Company occupational health and safety policies and procedures. The Company will comply and enforce its obligations under the relevant occupational health and safety legislation prevailing at the time.
Industrial Clothing. 32.1 The Company shall provide for the use of the employees on the site the following: 32.1.1 Clean overalls weekly to each employee or more frequently if necessary. 32.1.2 As from the date of this agreement, one pair of safety boots or shoes, upon request to each employee whose work necessitates their use. Such boots or shoes will only be replaced once every twelve months unless in the opinion of the employer they have worn out by usage on site. 32.1.3 Gloves, rubber boots and protective aprons, respirators and protective goggles upon request to each employee whose work necessitates their use. 32.1.4 Wet weather clothing for yardmen when working in the rain. 32.1.5 A cap for employees regularly working with dry pigments. 32.2 All industrial clothing so provided shall remain the property of the Company. 32.3 The Company shall provide prescription safety glasses where: 32.3.1 The employee is required to carry out any function or work in any area where the wearing of safety glasses is a standard practice; and 32.3.2 Where such an employee normally wears spectacles prescribed by a medical practitioner.
Industrial Clothing. ‌ 28.1 Every employee including Casual Employees shall be supplied with clothing, safety apparel and protective equipment. 28.2 Every employee, including Casual Employees, shall utilise all safety apparel and protective equipment in such a way and at times as to achieve the purpose for which it is supplied. 28.3 Failure to wear the safety apparel as issued shall result in the employee being stood down without pay, until such time as the employee reports for work wearing the said apparel. Work shall proceed in the employee’s absence.

Industrial Clothing. A permanent employee shall be provided with two pairs of high visibility overalls, oilskins, sou' westers and sea boots per annum upon initial engagement and then on the basis of fair wear and tear replacement. Each vessel will carry sufficient personal protective equipment for each casual officer. In addition to the above, an employee shall be paid for the term of this agreement an industrial clothing allowance of $472.60 per annum or $1.30 for each day in employment in fortnightly or monthly instalments.
Industrial Clothing. 3.4.1 Employees will be provided with necessary protective clothing, safety shoes and equipment to enable them to perform their duties in a safe and competent manner. 3.4.2 All items will be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis. 3.4.3 Employees are responsible for maintaining protective clothing and safety shoes to an appropriate standard of cleanliness.
