Information Collection and Use. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, Licensor may collect and disclose anonymized information about Customer’s use of Licensor Products or Services. Customer hereby grants to Licensor a perpetual, non-cancelable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to utilize any anonymized Customer Data that arises from the use of the Licensor Products and Services by Customer whether disclosed on or prior to the Effective Date of the Order Form for any legitimate purpose, including the right to sublicense such data to third parties, subject to all legal restrictions regarding the use and disclosure of such information.
