Students who need a specific type of living environment or accommodation due to a documented medical/ health condition must register with the Department of Accessibility Services (DAS). Reasonable housing accommodations will be offered based on recommendation from DAS and space availability. MEDICAL ACCOMMODATION. The Employer shall make positive efforts, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, to assign light duty on a temporary basis to an employee injured on the job. MEDICAL ACCOMMODATION. 25.01 The Employer and the Union support the application of the Rehabilitation and Accommodation Program which applies a collaborative approach to providing medical accommodation to Employees. Employees will participate in such a program, if possible, in light of their medical condition. The Program is focused on the coordinated efforts of the individual, his/her physician, his/her Faculty Supervisor and the Rehabilitation Coordinator. Employees attending meetings regarding their rehabilitation and/or accommodation may be accompanied by a representative of the Union.
MEDICAL ACCOMMODATION. An employee shall have the right to have a Job Xxxxxxx(s) or Union Representative of the Union to attend a meeting scheduled to deal with a medical accommodation.
MEDICAL ACCOMMODATION. If a student cannot live on campus due to a medical- or disability- related reason, they may petition for an exemption from the Housing Requirement. Please note that students need to meet with a specialist in the Disability Services (DS) office to get this process started. No student will be released from the Housing Requirement due to medical needs without confirmation from a DS specialist.
MEDICAL ACCOMMODATION. Employees will have the choice of available natural fiber or nonallergenic material when selecting and purchasing uniform items if medically required as verified by a physician.
MEDICAL ACCOMMODATION. (1) For employees who are subject to medical accommodation, if the accommodated position ceases to exist as a result of a layoff or the employee cannot hold such position, the employee will then be furnished with his/her rights under the Collective Agreement.
