OR WITNESS DUTY. The Corporation grant leave of absence without loss of seniority to any full-time or part-time employee who serves as a juror or witness in any Court. The Corporation shall pay such an employee the difference between his normal earnings and the payment he received for jury service or Court witness, excluding payment for travelling, meals or other expenses. The employee will present proof of service and the amount of pay received. When death occurs the immediate family of a full-time or part-time employee, said employee shall be granted leave of absence with pay for attending the funeral and making necessary arrangements and for mourning. Such leaves shall not exceed three (3) days. Five (5) days for spouse, son or daughter. An employee shall be paid for such of those days as are scheduled working days.
