Overtime Fee. Assessed for all rentals that exceed the 8 hour standard rental period or 4 hour meeting rental period.

Overtime FeeIn the event that the Event exceeds the scheduled time stated above, the Client agrees to compensate the DJ at a rate of $100.00 per hour for music and dance floor lighting, or $150.00 per hour for music and all lighting, for each hour that the Event extends beyond the scheduled time. Overtime Fee. If the RENTER unexpectedly runs past the agreed end time at the conclusion of RENTER’s event, the RENTER will be assessed an overtime fee of $25 per 15 minutes or a fraction thereof incurred against the Security Deposit. Confirmation Reservation date is confirmed upon receipt of $500 (weekend) or $300 (hourly) Security Deposit (see page 4) AND the signing of the RENTAL AGREEMENT. Checks should be made payable to Kama‘aina Kids. There will be a $25 charge for any check that is returned due to insufficient funds. Cancellation Kama‘aina Kids will refund all FEES, except Security Deposit and Service Charges, for any cancellations made within 30 days of reservation date. Cancellations made less than 30 days of reservation date are subject to additional charges at the discretion of Kama‘aina Kids based on seasonal usage and inability to secure another RENTER. Cancellation within 30 days and less of the reservation date must be made in writing. Excused Non-Performance If, for any reason beyond its control, but not limited to accidents, acts of war, or acts of God, Kama‘aina Kids is unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement, such non-performance is excused and Kama‘aina Kids may terminate this Agreement without liability of any nature upon return of RENTER’s fees and deposit. Kama‘aina Kids will not be liable for consequential damages of any nature, under any circumstances, for any reason, whatsoever. Admissions Charges Persons attending the event contemplate herein will / will not be paying an admission for this event. Initial: Alcoholic Beverages The use or possession of alcohol shall be confined to the PREMISES (Not allowed on park grounds) and shall be in accordance with all applicable State and City & County ordinances, rules and regulations. Rubbish/Garbage Removal/Recycling The RENTER shall be responsible for the removal of all rubbish/garbage from the premises and surrounding parking lot area immediately following the event. All rubbish/garbage should be discharged into designated dumpsters on the premises. A charge of $100 shall be assessed if Kama‘aina Kids staff must remove rubbish/garbage. Overtime FeeOvertime is considered any amount of time that care occurs prior to the scheduled drop-off time or after the scheduled pick-up time. If owed, the overtime fee must be paid to the provider in cash upon arrival. The overtime rate is as follows:
Overtime FeeAll events shall end at time designated in the agreement, with load out being completed by the time specified as the end of the rental period. In order for LESSOR to ensure an event is adequately staffed, XXXXXX is required to work with XXXXXX to develop a timeline of the event, which will be all inclusive from setup to clean up. An overtime charge of $50 per half hour will be charged for events that start or end outside of the final approved timeline of the event. This includes guests, vendors, wedding coordinators and/ or wedding parties arriving early or staying late unless prior arrangements have been made with the LESSOR. Notwithstanding the above, there is an additional fee of $250 per hour for events lasting longer than the event specified in the agreement.

Overtime Fee. Any event or meet that extend past the previously agreed upon time frame, or the time frame that is listed in this agreement, will be subject to a charge of $350.00 per 30 min period.

Related to Overtime Fee

  • Overtime Payment Full-time employees shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times the employee's straight time hourly rate for all time worked outside of their normal work hours and/or work days up to sixteen (16) hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period. For hours worked in excess of sixteen (16) in a twenty-four (24) hour period, employees shall be paid double time. Employees who receive an unpaid lunch period and are not required to work at their work assignments during such period shall not have such time treated as hours worked for the purpose of computing overtime.

  • Overtime Payments Full-time and Part-time Employees

  • Overtime Pay ‌ Overtime pay shall be paid to the employee on the next paycheque after the expiration of the pay period in which the overtime was earned except as provided in Article 16.6 (Compensating Time Off) below.

  • Overtime Overtime will begin to accrue after sixty (60) hours in a two (2) week period averaged over the scheduling period determined by the local parties. Overtime will apply if the employee works in excess of the normal daily hours. Payment for overtime is as in Article 16.01.

  • Overtime Premium a) Time and one-half (1/2) shall be paid as follows: 1) For all hours worked over 8 (eight) hours per day. 2) For all hours worked over 40 (forty) hours per week. 3) For all hours worked on Sunday, unless part of the employees regularly scheduled workweek. b) Double time plus holiday pay shall be paid for all hours worked on holidays that are defined in this Agreement.

  • Overtime Compensation 1. Except as provided in this section, Grantee will be responsible for any obligations of premium overtime pay due employees. Premium overtime pay is defined as any compensation paid to an individual in addition to the employee’s normal rate of pay for hours worked in excess of normal working hours. 2. Funds provided under this Contract may be used to pay the premium portion of overtime only under the following conditions: i. With the prior written approval of System Agency; ii. Temporarily, in the case of an emergency or an occasional operational bottleneck; iii. When employees are performing indirect functions, such as administration, maintenance, or accounting; iv. In performance of tests, laboratory procedures, or similar operations that are continuous in nature and cannot reasonably be interrupted or otherwise completed; or v. When lower overall cost to System Agency will result.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance Employees required to work more than two (2) hours overtime consecutive with a shift shall be provided with a meal by the Employer.

  • Overtime Work A. Overtime pay is to be paid at the rate of one and one- half (1½) times the basic hourly straight-time rate. B. Overtime shall be paid to employees for work performed only after eight (8) hours on duty in any one (1) service day or forty (40) hours in any one (1) service week. Nothing in this Section shall be construed by the parties or any reviewing authority to deny the payment of overtime to employees for time worked outside of their regularly scheduled work week at the request of the Employer.   • Overtime Computation Computation of overtime will be rounded upward to the nearest one-tenth (1/10th) of an hour.

  • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.
