Overtime on a Statutory Holiday. An Employee who is required to work in excess of the normal daily hours of work on a Statutory Holiday shall be paid at the rate of double (2X) the Employee’s regular rate of pay for each excess hour so worked.
Overtime on a Statutory Holiday. (a) An employee who is required to work on a Statutory Holiday shall be paid for that day:
Overtime on a Statutory Holiday. If an employee works overtime on a statutory holiday which calls for a premium rate of pay, the employee shall be paid overtime at the rate of time and one-half (1½x) times the premium statutory holiday rate for all hours worked beyond seven and one-half (7½) in that day. Overtime Pay Overtime pay shall be on the paycheque for the pay period in which overtime was earned.
Overtime on a Statutory Holiday. In the event an employee works overtime on a statutory holiday, the employee will be entitled to time and one-half for the first 12 hours worked and double time for all hours worked in excess of 12 hours.
Overtime on a Statutory Holiday. (a) An employee who is required to work overtime on a statutory or paid holiday shall have the overtime compensation rates in Clause 17.3 (Overtime Compensation) applied to their paid holiday compensation in accordance with Article 18 - Paid Holidays.
Overtime on a Statutory Holiday. An employee who is required to work on a Statutory Holiday shall be paid for that day: one and one-half times the employee's straight-time rate for the time worked up to 11 hours; and two times the employee's straight-time rate for any time worked over 11 hours. In addition, the employee may choose one of the following: a working day off with pay, scheduled by mutual agreement or; payment at the straight-time rate in lieu of the day off except where not taking the day off would qualify a regularly scheduled shift for overtime rates.
Overtime on a Statutory Holiday. Shift Employee/Appointed Shift Relief For overtime worked on a statutory holiday, the amount of such non-rostered overtime will be deducted from the employee's factored overtime at the rate of two (2) times the hours worked. If no factored overtime hours are available the employee will be paid at a rate of two (2) times the excess overtime rate (see Appendix 1B). This Clause will also apply to Day Employees who are appointed to cover for more than three (3) consecutive ‘rotations’ on the Operational Shift Roster.
Overtime on a Statutory Holiday. All overtime hours worked by an Employee on a Statutory Holiday shall be paid at double time (200% of the regular rate of pay).

An employee who is required to overtime work on a holiday shall be paid at the rate of two and one-half (2%) times regular pay for each hour in excess of the hours worked on normal day. Holiday Falling on an Assigned Day of Rest When a holiday falls on an employee’s assigned day of rest and is required to work on such holiday, shall be paid, in addition to regular pay, at the rate of time one and one-half for all hours worked and shall also be granted a day off in lieu of the assigned of rest. The day off shall be arranged between the employee and the official in charge.
