Overtime Sign-Up a. Employees may request overtime by adding their names to an overtime sign-up list that will be available 30 days prior to the potential overtime work. The sign-up list will include at a minimum: employee name, employee number, contact phone number, hours available (start time and end time), desired work area, willingness to work multiple shifts, and willingness to be contacted for unplanned overtime. Employees’ names will automatically be removed from the sign-up list after any overtime scheduled 24 or more hours in advance has been awarded, unless the employee has designated otherwise. Employees who no longer wish to be considered for overtime must remove their names from the overtime sign-up list prior to the overtime being assigned.
Overtime Sign-Up. The administration will circulate by email four (4) times each year two overtime/extra time sign-up sheets by classification. These circulations will occur no later than June 5 (covering the July, August and September quarter), September 5 (covering the October November and December quarter), December 5 (covering the January, February and March quarter) and March 5 (covering the April, May and June quarter). If interested in being assigned overtime/extra time work during a particular quarter, bargaining unit employees must sign up for overtime/extra time work within that classification by email no later than the 15th day of the sign up month (June, September, December and March) for that quarterly period for Special Events overtime/extra time opportunities and Replacement of Contract Employees overtime/extra time opportunities. Rotation will start over at the beginning of each quarter by seniority. These lists will be known as the Special Events Volunteer Overtime/Extra Time List and Replacement of Contract Employees Volunteer Overtime/Extra Time List.
Overtime Sign-Up. Requests and offers for overtime must be posted at all stations and places of work assignments. Deputies working in the area where the overtime is to occur will have the first offer for that duty. Exceptions shall be SDO coverage.

Overtime Sign-Up. Operators desiring overtime may sign up for overtime when the board is open by contract (January, March, May, August, and December). Operators may sign up for any of the three voluntary overtime lists; Monday thru Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday, when the board opens at Regular Run Picks (Article V, Section 2A). Each of the three voluntary lists will start the overtime rotation where they stopped the previous time the list was used (example: Monday thru Friday the list will start where it stopped the previous day; the Saturday voluntary list will start where the list stopped the previous Saturday; the Sunday voluntary list will start where the list stopped the previous Sunday).
Overtime Sign-Up. Operators desiring overtime may sign up for overtime when the board is open by contract (January, March, May, August, and December). Operators may sign up for one of two voluntary overtime lists when the board opens at Regular Run Picks (Article V, Section 2A). Each of the two voluntary lists, one (1) full-time operator list (Monday through Sunday) and one (1) part-time operator list (Monday through Sunday), will rotate one (1) spot per day, Monday through Sunday, including holidays.
Overtime Sign-Up. All overtime assignments shall be offered to the Members who are available to work such assignments. Overtime occurring within patrol shall initially be offered to members assigned to patrol before being offered to other employees of the police department. When there is at least twenty-four hours advance notice of the need for patrol overtime, such assignments shall be posted and filled by the Members who first sign-up for such assignments. The posting shall be circulated via text message to bargaining unit members. If a Member selected to work an overtime assignment is unable to work the assignment, it is the Member’s responsibility to obtain a replacement; and, a supervisor must approve any such replacement.
Overtime Sign-Up. Where overtime assignments are posted, these assignments shall be filled by seniority, provided that a more senior Member may not dislodge a less senior Member from an overtime assignment within forty-eight (48) hours prior to the start of the overtime assignment. A Member cannot withdraw his name from the overtime sign up within (48) hours prior to the assignment. If a Member is unable to work the assignment, it is the Member’s responsibility to obtain a replacement.
Overtime Sign-Up. A. All operators who desire overtime work, either in combination with their regular bid work, or on their regular days off shall sign-up with the Dispatch Office in accordance with the Basic Work Week and Pay Provision sections of this contract
Overtime Sign-Up. Employees may request overtime by adding their names to an overtime sign-‐up list that will be available on Monday prior to the potential overtime work. The sign-‐up sheet will stay posted until the end of the day on Wednesday. The company will post those awarded the overtime no later than 12:00 (noon) on Friday. If the minimum requirement is not met the company may utilize junior employees to fill the overtime on a rotating schedule by juniority. Awarding Overtime Overtime will be awarded to the employees with the least amount of accrued hours.
