Permanent Full Time Employment. A full time employee is engaged by the week. The ordinary working hours of a full time employee are thirty six hours per week. A full time employee shall be paid at the weekly rate specified in Schedule 1 of this Agreement.

Permanent Full Time Employment. A full time Employee is an Employee who is employed to work an average of thirty-eight (38) hours per week and is not otherwise employed as a part time or casual Employee.

Casual employees shall receive 1/38th of the rate of pay for a permanent employee plus a 20% loading to compensate for the casual nature of the work and no entitlement to paid personal leave and annual leave. At the time of making this agreement the Casual Rate for a [CW5 in the Plant Hire on Construction Sites (State) Award NAPSA - NSW] is $17.04 per hour + $3.404 per hour (20% loading) = $20.448 per hour. A further $6.552 per hour has been added to account for all penalties and allowances, giving a total hourly rate of $27.00 per hour for all hours worked. The rate for Casual employees appearing in this agreement is the rate including all penalties and loadings, and is paid for all hours worked. The employee(s) and the employer intend that this provision excludes and or modifies the operation of protected award conditions dealing with penalty rates, overtime and shift allowances.
Permanent Full Time Employment. Permanent full time employment covers employees working ordinary hours on a permanent basis.

Permanent Full Time Employment. Employment as a full time Security Officer is restricted to employees who meet the definition of such an employee in Clause 1.5 (Definitions) of this Agreement, and who are engaged to work a set roster in accordance with Part 4 of this Agreement (Hours of Works and Rosters).

  • Full-Time Employment Employees who are employed on a full-time basis will work 38 ordinary hours each week or an average of 38 ordinary hours each week over a cycle of shifts.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Part-Time Employment Monthly compensation for part-time employment will be pro-rated based on the ratio of hours worked to hours required for full-time employment. In the alternative, part-time employees may be paid the appropriate hourly rate for all hours worked.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.

  • Re-employment An employee who resigns their position and within 90 days is re-employed, will be granted a leave of absence without pay covering those days absent and will retain all previous rights in relation to seniority and benefits subject to any benefit plan eligibility requirements.
