Permanent Full Time Employment. A full-time is employee is engaged to work on an average of 38 ordinary hours per week averaged over a three month period in accordance with a roster, or such other period agreed between the employer and the employee. Permanent Part Time Employment: Part time employees are required to work regular hours and regular hours less than 38 per week averaged over a three month period. Work shall be performed in accordance with a roster. Part time employees shall be entitled to annual leave and personal leave on a pro-rata basis according to their average ordinary hours of work.

Permanent Full Time Employment. A full-time is a Security Officer is engaged to work on an average of 38 ordinary hours per week [nominate period up to but less than 12 months in accordance with a roster, or such other period agreed between the employer and the employee. Casual Employment: A Casual employee is one who is engaged and paid as such. A Casual employee shall not have any expectation of continuing employment or offers of permanent full time or permanent part time employment. A casual employee shall notify the employer of their availability on a weekly basis in advance. Casual employees may work between 4 and 12 hours per shift consistent with this agreement. The number of hours will be advised prior to commencement of each shift. Casual employees shall receive 1/38th of the rate of pay for a permanent employee plus a 20% loading to compensate for the casual nature of the work and no entitlement to paid personal leave and annual leave. At the time of making this agreement the Casual Rate for a [CW5 in the Plant Hire on Construction Sites (State) Award NAPSA - NSW] is $17.04 per hour + $3.404 per hour (20% loading) = $20.448 per hour. A further $6.552 per hour has been added to account for all penalties and allowances, giving a total hourly rate of $27.00 per hour for all hours worked. The rate for Casual employees appearing in this agreement is the rate including all penalties and loadings, and is paid for all hours worked. The employee(s) and the employer intend that this provision excludes and or modifies the operation of protected award conditions dealing with penalty rates, overtime and shift allowances.
Permanent Full Time Employment. A Permanent Full-Time Employee shall be required to work forty hours per week. In the case of a shift worker the forty hours shall be averaged over the roster cycle.

  • Permanent Full-Time Employees Pay and benefits will be computed on a monthly pay status basis.
