Pro-Rating. An employee whose employment is terminated subsequent to June 30, in any year, shall receive a lesser vacation pay pro-rated in accordance with the schedule of vacations set out in this Article. Any shortfall will be deducted from an employee's last pay.
Pro-Rating. Personal leave for employees who are less than one FTE shall have their personal leave days prorated based on their FTE status. The FTE status shall govern the number of leave days earned, carry-over of said days, and cash out of said days.
Pro-Rating. 18.01 Part-time Employees shall have full rights under this Agreement. For purpose of clarity only, the following describes the application of Articles 13, 14, 17, 19, 21, 22, 26, and 27 to such Employees:
Pro-Rating. Employees shall be entitled to at least three (3) consecutive weeks of vacation, unless otherwise agreed. Employees shall indicate their preference, if any, as to vacation dates no later than March of the current vacation year for the nextvacation year (July to June 30). The College shall confirm or deny, in writing, such vacation requests by March The College may, however, schedule vacations at any time and will consider requests by employees, including requests for vacation in the months of May through August, consistent with the College requirements. Employee requests for vacation will not be unreasonably denied. Where in scheduling vacations in accordance with the foregoing, conflicts arise amongst employees as to their choice of vacation times, consideration shall be given to the respective length of service of such employeesand staffingrequirementsinthe final determinationof vacation schedules, providing they have indicated a vacation preference prior to March in the current vacation year. Vacation requests received after March will be confirmed or denied, in writing, within two (2) weeks of receipt of same. If an employee is given in-patient treatment in a hospital during one (1) or more full days of the employee's vacation, those days may, at the request of the employee, be rescheduled during the vacation year, at a time convenient to the College. Carry-Over Recognizingthe needs of the College and the desires of employees, an employee may carry over up to three (3) weeks of vacation to the immediately subsequent vacation year consistent with efficient staffing requirements and subject to agreement on scheduling of the carry-over in the following vacation year at a time satisfactory to the College. If an employee requests that vacation days be rescheduled as a result of in-patient treatment in a hospitaland the College is unable to reschedule in that vacation year, then upon written request to the College, the employee may carry over these days in excess of the maximum, LEAVES
Pro-Rating. Flight Crew Members who do not work a full "vacation year" will have their vacation entitlement pro-rated for that year as follows: (# of months on payroll ÷ 12) x yearly vacation entitlement = appropriate vacation entitlement.
Pro-Rating. Employees who work fewer than full time hours shall receive pay for holidays on a prorated basis to time worked.
Pro-Rating. 32.5.1 This benefit will be pro-rated for employees who start employment at Brescia after the start of the contract year (after May 1)
Pro-Rating. Teachers who are contracted for less than a full work year shall receive a salary pro-rated at a per diem rate based on the appropriate full year's salary, for the number of contracted days of employment during that work year.
Pro-Rating. In cases of the partial loss of a consignment, the cover referred to above will be pro-rated. For the avoidance of doubt; and by way of example, should only ten (10) boxes be damaged out of a total of thirty (30) boxes transported on one pallet; the applicable cover referred to above shall be reduced to one third (1/3) of the applicable cover in respect of the full pallet.
Pro-Rating. Tuition will be pro-rated at the time of enrollment depending on when you enroll only. Little Saints Preschool reserves the right to modify any of the conditions in this agreement upon 30 days’ written notice to the parent or guardian I ___________________________________ (parent/guardian name) have read understand and agree with all the terms set forth in this agreement. I have also received a copy of the Little Saints Preschool Handbook, which is intendent to supplement this agreement. I understand it is my responsibility to contact Little Saints Preschool with any questions I have about information contained in the Little Saints Preschool Handbook or any document related to enrollment policies and procedures. I also understand Community Care Licensing has the right to interview all staff, children, and parents, and review all files.
