Provide classrooms, labs and other necessary capital facilities and equipment for the Courses; iii. Assist students with Course enrollment and Course admission, and assist with curriculum, grading, record keeping and other Course requirements; and iv. Transfer to the College appropriate records and information related to the Courses and students in the Courses. B. For its contribution to Reciprocal Services, the College shall: i. Reciprocal Services. In connection with the transfer to and continuation of the Business by the Buyer, it is anticipated that Meadowbrook/CA may provide certain personnel, financial or other services to the Buyer to assist with the transition. Reciprocal Services. Where necessary, directors agree to provide reciprocal services within their respective levels of delegation and authority, including but not limited to: • Serving court documents pertaining to a file that is known to both agencies • Conducting interviews on behalf of a requesting director pertaining to a file that is known to both agencies • Serving notices and witnessing consents pertaining to a file that is known to both agencies • Conducting home studies or family assessments to facilitate a transfer of a file • Supervising contacts or visits between Aboriginal children and family membersOther services agreed to by the directors The parties will respond to the request for service within their capacity to provide the service. In order to acquire services, the director requiring the service contacts the other director in writing. The director will ensure that their staff are prepared for such requests and these requests are honoured on the basis of priority of notice and need. Provision of reciprocal services does not imply transfer of responsibility or authority for the file. Within 48 hours of completion, the receiving agency carrying out the service must follow up with the originating agency and provide information regarding outcome of the service request. If the service request could not be completed, a reason must be provided to the originating agency within 48 hours of attempting to complete the request.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES The Company must construct and reticulate electrical requirements for all amenities and facilities. The Company must construct sub-station and distribution boards necessary to reticulate power to all Company owned or leased facilities which provide amenities to the public. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.

  • Medical Services We do not Cover medical services or dental services that are medical in nature, including any Hospital charges or prescription drug charges.

  • Medical Services Plan Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment.
