Reciprocal Services. The Parties have determined that the services each party provides for delivery of the Dual Enrollment Courses under this Agreement are comparable in value and are summarized below:
A. For its contribution to Reciprocal Services, the Private School shall:
i. Xxxxxx and pay for Course instructors for instructors provided by Private School;
ii. Provide classrooms, labs and other necessary capital facilities and equipment for the Courses;
iii. Assist students with Course enrollment and Course admission, and assist with curriculum, grading, record keeping and other Course requirements; and
iv. Transfer to the College appropriate records and information related to the Courses and students in the Courses.
B. For its contribution to Reciprocal Services, the College shall: i. Provide curriculum for the Dual Enrollment Courses;
Reciprocal Services. In connection with the transfer to and continuation of the Business by the Buyer, it is anticipated that Meadowbrook/CA may provide certain personnel, financial or other services to the Buyer to assist with the transition. Likewise, Buyer may provide certain services to Meadowbrook/CA in connection with the transition. The terms and conditions and compensation due for such services shall be determined by mutual agreement of the parties by separate oral or written agreement. Each party agrees to perform its obligations under such agreements in a timely and competent manner.

Reciprocal Services. Where necessary, directors agree to provide reciprocal services within their respective levels of delegation and authority, including but not limited to: • Serving court documents pertaining to a file that is known to both agencies • Conducting interviews on behalf of a requesting director pertaining to a file that is known to both agencies • Serving notices and witnessing consents pertaining to a file that is known to both agencies • Conducting home studies or family assessments to facilitate a transfer of a file • Supervising contacts or visits between Aboriginal children and family members • Other services agreed to by the directors The parties will respond to the request for service within their capacity to provide the service. In order to acquire services, the director requiring the service contacts the other director in writing. The director will ensure that their staff are prepared for such requests and these requests are honoured on the basis of priority of notice and need. Provision of reciprocal services does not imply transfer of responsibility or authority for the file. Within 48 hours of completion, the receiving agency carrying out the service must follow up with the originating agency and provide information regarding outcome of the service request. If the service request could not be completed, a reason must be provided to the originating agency within 48 hours of attempting to complete the request.
Reciprocal Services. Each Participant and Additional Party agrees that, at Chugach's request, it will make wheeling services available to Chugach over its system, subject to like conditions and limitations as those set forth in this Exhibit D(1), at a rate no higher than the rate computed in accordance with the following formula: Rate = C/E x 0.5 Where "C" represents the applicable utility's annual costs of bulk power network transmission investments, and "E" represents the firm energy and Bradley Lake energy transmixxxx xxxxxxxy over that utility's system. EXHIBIT D(2) GVEA WHEELING RATES AND RELATED MATTERS The following rates, terms and conditions shall apply pursuant to Section 5(d)(3):
Reciprocal Services. 4.1 It is contemplated by the parties that they will from time to time put into effect specific arrangements for reciprocal services and other measures for coordination of the operation of their respective electric systems for the purpose of achieving economies in cost and improvements in quality and reliability of power supply to the territories served. It is contemplated that such arrangements will be incorporated in service schedules which, upon their execution, shall be parts of this agreement for the respective periods which they cover.
4.2 The following service schedules providing for reciprocal services are hereby made a part of this agreement: Service Schedule D -- Energy Interchange and Spinning Reserve Interchange. Service Schedule E -- Capacity Equalization ant Reciprocal Emergency Assistance. Service Schedule F -- Transfer of Power to Fringe-Area Customer Service Service Schedule G -- Parker Power Interchange. Service Schedule H -- Coordination of Interconnecting Transmission Circuits.
Reciprocal Services. Sunwing hereby engages CITIC, and CITIC agrees, to provide advice, assistance, expertise and other services (collectively, the "CITIC Services") to Sunwing in connection with Sunwing's pursuit of the Sunwing Objectives. CITIC hereby engages Sunwing, and Sunwing agrees, to provide advice, assistance expertise and other services (the "Sunwing Services") to CITIC in connection with CITIC's pursuit of the CITIC Objectives. The specific nature and scope of the CITIC Services and the Sunwing Services will be as agreed from time to time between Sunwing and CITIC and will be tailored to expedite the timely achievement of the Sunwing Objectives and the CITIC Objectives, respectively.
