RECOGINITION. 1.01 The Board recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for all members of the Cobourg Police Service in accordance with the terms of the Police Services Act, 1990. As referred to in this agreement, the term “member” shall mean all members of the Service, save and except the Chief of Police, the Deputy Chief of Police, Senior Officers (Inspector and above), Administrative Assistant and those excluded pursuant to the Police Services Act, 1990 or as set forth in this agreement.
1.02 Whenever applicable in this agreement, the singular number shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine.
1.03 All lieu time accumulated during the Social Contract has no cash value and must be taken in time off. Deferral to the year of retirement is permitted to allow a member to retire early to a maximum of six (6) months. The creation of a retirement deferral plan for lieu time where a member may carry over forty (40) hours per year for the ten (10) years prior to the member’s retirement up to a maximum of ten (10) weeks.
RECOGINITION. 9 3.1 This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the El Reno Education Association, 1O hereinafter termed the "Association" and the Board of Education of the El Reno Public Schools, 11 hereinafter termed the "Board".
12 3.2 The Board hereby recognizes the Association as the exclusive negotiation representative for the 13 bargaining unit consisting of all employees who are required by the position in which they are employed 14 to be licensed or certified as teachers, and who do not hold supervisory authority with respect to other 15 teachers of the El Reno Public Schools.

As referred to in this agreement, the term “member” shall mean all civilian members of the Service, save and except sworn police officers, the Chief of Police, the Deputy Chief of Police, Senior Officers (Inspector and above), Administrative Assistant and those excluded pursuant to the Police Services Act, 1990 or as set forth in this agreement.

RECOGINITION. 1. The Employer recognizes PASNAP as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative of all full-time, regular part-time and per diem Registered Nurses (“RNs”) employed by the Employer at its facility located at 000 X. Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, pursuant to the certification in National Labor Relations Board Case 04-RC- 166624.
2. Excluded from this Agreement are all other employees, including guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, as amended. Per diem RNs who average fewer than four (4) hours worked per week also shall be excluded from this Agreement.
RECOGINITION. <EMPLOYEES COVERED). PURSUANT TO AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE PROVISIONS OF ACT 379 OF THE PUBLIC ACTS OF 1965, AS AMENDED, THE EMPLOYER DOES HEREBY RECOGNIZE THE UNION AS THE EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE PURPOSE OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING IN RESPECT TO RATES OF PAY, WAGES, HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT, AND OTHER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR THE TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT OF ALL EMPLOYEES OF THE EMPLOYER INCLUDED IN THE BARGAINING UNIT DESCRIBED BELOW: " ALL FULL-TIME AND REGULAR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES OF THE VILLAGE OF L'ANSE, EXCLUDING SUPERVISORS AND CHIEF OF POLICE AS DETERMINED BY THE MICHIGAN EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION."
RECOGINITION. 3.01 The University recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees employed as an English as a Second Language Instructor in the Open Learning and Educational Support department at the University of Guelph in the City of Guelph, save and except for supervisors, those above the rank of supervisor and those for which any trade union held bargaining rights as of May 30, 2018.
3.02 It is understood that all contracts are subject to available funding and there is no right to any particular contract or contract renewal.
3.03 Persons excluded from the bargaining unit shall not perform the normal work of the bargaining unit where in doing so results directly in:
(a) The indefinite layoff of a bargaining unit member, or;
(b) The prolonging of such period of indefinite layoff.
