RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER AWARDS AND AGREEMENTS. 5.1 This Agreement wholly displaces and operates to the exclusion of all Awards and all other Agreements which would otherwise apply to employees whose employment is regulated by the provisions of this Agreement, except for the National Employment Standards. This agreement rescinds and replaces the University of New England Workplace Agreement 2006-2008 regarding its application to employees covered by this agreement.
RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER AWARDS AND AGREEMENTS. 6.1 So as to avoid doubt, until the commencement of Schedule A to this Agreement as specified in clause 4, the parties intend that no employee will be disadvantaged. During the period between the commencement of this Agreement and the commencement of Schedule A, all employees of XXXXXXXX PROPERTY SERVICES covered by this agreement will be entitled to all of the provisions of MA000022 Cleaning Services Award 2010 (the Modern Award).
