Reports to the Water Board. Reports on the progress of completion of the SEP must be submitted on a quarterly basis, at a minimum, to the Regional Water Board, a third party oversight organization, and the State Water Board Division of Financial Assistance. Additionally, the SEP must include a final report documenting completion of the SEP and addressing how performance measures were met, along with a copy of accounting records of expenditures. Starting on October 1, 2016, and quarterly thereafter until completion of the Program, the District will provide a progress report to the Regional Water Board’s designated representative (the San Francisco Estuary Partnership) and, the Division of Financial Assistance of the State Water Board in accordance with the schedule set forth in the Project Milestones and Budget section above. Each report shall include a table showing a running tally of the number and length of laterals inspected, whether work was required on the inspected laterals, the number and length of laterals repaired or replaced, the street address locations for each lateral videoed/inspected and repaired/replaced, the month and date the work was completed, the amount of grant funds expended on each lateral, and the amount of grant funds remaining. The quarterly reports shall also include summaries of outreach conducted and copies of any supporting materials for the Program.

Reports to the Water Board. The District will report its progress for the first 2 years on a quarterly basis (a total of 8 progress reports). After the first 2 years, reporting will be done on an annual basis until the completion of the program. Quarterly progress reports are due on the 15th of the month following the end of each calendar quarter. The annual reports will be due on January 31st. An annual report will be prepared that documents site conditions, survival, and project attainment of performance measures. These annual reports shall be submitted to the Water Board by January 31, 2012 and 2013, respectively. The last annual report (due January 30, 2014) will constitute the final report for the SEP. This final report will document completion of the SEP, address how performance measures were met, and include a copy of accounting records of expenditures and will be submitted to the Water Board and the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Financial Assistance. Reports to the Water Board. The City will submit quarterly progress reports documenting progress made on the SEP. The quarterly reports will be due on the last day of the month following the end of each quarter, beginning on 30 September 2021. Quarterly progress reports for both the Private Lateral Replacement SEP and the Slip Lining SEP can be combined into one report, clearly identifying the progress made on each SEP.
