RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THIS MOU. 8.1 Party A – PRRD shall under take the following activities: a. Ensure a financial commitment in the amount of $55,000 is budgeted for the four health care scholarships administered under this MOU as part of the Annual Financial Plan for the period of three years from 2022 to 2024. b. Provide $55,000 annually to NHA to award to recipients who meet the eligibility criteria for each scholarship identified in Section 1 and further defined in Appendix A. c. Notify NHA of any changes to the PRRD Health Care Scholarship Program. d. Develop brochure(s) for the scholarships. e. Develop a reporting template and forward to NHA to assist them with the reporting requirements under this MOU. f. Send NHA a list each October, that includes the names and contact information for each of the recipients for the RN/RPN Return of Service Scholarship – Part 1 - 4th Year Tuition Award. 8.2 Party B – NHA shall under take the following activities: a. Administer and distribute the RN/RPN Return of Service Scholarship – Part 2, in the amount of $15,000 annually, in accordance with the Roles and Responsibilities outlined in Appendix A. b. Administer and distribute the Licensed Practical Nurse Scholarship, in the amount of $10,000 annually, in accordance with the Roles and Responsibilities outlined in Appendix A. c. Administer and distribute the Technical Career Professional Development Scholarship, in the amount of $15,000 annually, in accordance of the Roles and Responsibilities outlined in Appendix A. d. Administer and distribute the RN/RPN Professional Development Scholarship, in the amount of $15,000 annually, in accordance of the Roles and Responsibilities outlined in Appendix A. e. NHA has the discretion to award scholarship funding more than once to the same recipient but must ensure there is an equitable distribution of scholarship funds. f. Provide an annual report by April 30th March 31st to the PRRD detailing the following: i. Number of scholarships awarded for each stream as specified in Section 1.0. ii. Number of ROS agreements entered into with NHA. iii. Number of recipients that did not fulfill the ROS agreement with NHA and provide reason. iv. The total amount of annual funding utilized of the financial contribution as specified per scholarship category identified in Section 1 and further defined in Appendix A.. g. Prepare the proposed testing facility, documentation, and quality control processes according to the requirements of the “NM SCHOOL Lab Site Visit Review Tool,” which will form the basis for compliance testing for receipt of the CLIA waiver from the Department of Health and Human Services. 2. RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THIS MOU. 5.1 To abide by all the conditions of this MoU throughout its term. 5.2 To work constructively with OCL to explore the redevelopment potential of the Site, in accordance with the PID and the Joint Strategic Objectives and Development Principles. 5.3 For the purposes of paragraph 5.2: a) Agree to review and/or vary the lease, as referred to in paragraph 2.4. b) Agree to provide project management resources c) Agree a Joint Project Initiation Document d) Agree to share agreed project delivery costs under the Joint Project Delivery Budget equally e) Agree to jointly commission and appoint suitably qualified consultancy services, necessary to execute paragraph 5.2. 5.4 Development exploration joint working will proceed, in accordance with the jointly developed PID, until the earlier of: (i) the parties entering into further agreement describing how a viable scheme will be taken forward by the parties (by way of a developer appointment); and (ii) the end of the Term of Agreement. 5.5 The agreement between the parties (referred to in (i) above) will further describe how they shall progress the Project.
RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THIS MOU. 8.1 Party A – PRRD shall under take the following activities: a. Ensure a financial commitment in the amount of $20,000 is budgeted for Health Care Scholarships as part of the Annual Financial Plan for the period of five years from 2022 to 2026. b. Provide payment to NLCF upon the receipt of an invoice, in the amount of $1,000 for every student listed as a recipient of a Health Care Scholarship to a maximum of $20,000. c. Notify NLCF of any changes to the Health Care Scholarship. 8.2 Party B – NLCF shall under take the following activities: a. Administer and distribute twenty (20) Health Care Scholarships, in the amount of $1,000 each, to eligible graduates of the Health Care Assistant program, Practical Nursing program, or Access to Practical Nursing program offered at Northern Lights College. b. Ensure each recipient of a scholarship meets the following criteria: i. Has successfully completed the Health Care program offered at Northern Lights College; and ii. Has provided proof of employment with Northern Health iii. Preference will be given to an applicant that has resided in the Peace River Regional District for a minimum of 2.5 years prior to entering into the Health Care program. c. Ensure each scholarship recipient has signed a Consent to Release form to allow the PRRD to use their name and/or photo prior to the recipient receiving the scholarship funds. d. Invoice the PRRD for the total number of recipients of the Health Care Scholarship no later than thirty (30) days after it is awarded. e. Ensure all students registered in a Health Care program are aware of the scholarship funding and how to apply for the scholarship prior to the application deadline. f. Provide to the PRRD a list of the names with the total number of scholarship recipients each year by December 31st. g. Advise the PRRD if Northern Lights College runs additional Health Care program each year. 8.3 Both Parties will evaluate the effectiveness of, and adherence to, the MOU and the Scholarship initiative annually, following the report to be received by the PRRD.
RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THIS MOU. Both parties agree to undertake the following activities:  Actively participate and contribute to the Moving Forward with DFG Group  Undertake a DFG Delivery mechanism review to develop a new model for providing housing adaptations across the health, social care and housing system which will build on lessons from previous review work and also refocuses customer expectation.  Recognise and adhere to the governance provided by the HHCDC  Contribute to the HHCDC where required  Provide performance data to the HHCDC through the performance template in a timely manner.  Report performance and progress to internal governance and scrutiny where required by own local authority  Provide evidence for Housing and Health JSNA topic where appropriate  Develop a process to ensure the District DFG backlog is cleared by the start of the 2017/18 period  Provide progress updates to the HHCDC on their individual activities listed below Party A agrees to undertake the following activities;  Provide project leadership and co-ordination for the Moving forward with DFG Group via the Housing for Independence Manager  Review its Occupational Therapy services role in the DFG process to identify best practice across the county and develop a uniform process that can be adapted to local need by 31 March 2018  Determine a prioritisation process for OTs to use when assessing cases in time for 2018/19 budget allocation Party B Agrees to undertake the following activities  Provide updates to the HHCDC on progress against local improvement projects  Have active involvement in a Fast Track hospital discharge process from April 17.  Ensure DFG Fees are at no more than 15% of the District in year allocation
RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THIS MOU. Humboldt State University (HSU) Facilities Management (Xx Xxxxxxxx, Custodial Manager), HSU Office of Sustainability (Tall Chief Comet) and Humboldt Waste Management Authority (Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Recycling & Waste Reduction) shall undertake the following activities:  HWMA will create a regional example of best practices for handling organic waste streams, building infrastructure capacity to accept those waste streams and provide regional policy leadership for waste reduction strategies.  In a manner that is in compliance with custodial working condition agreements, XXX custodial services will collect paper towels from appropriate campus facilities and move them to designated collection bins outside of buildings; this will be implemented with a pilot study on a volunteer basis from individual custodians.  XXX Sustainability Office, Campus Recycling operations is responsible for ensuring transport and/or aggregation of waste paper towels going to HWMA organics diversion program.  Due to budget constraints, extra collection receptacles for collecting towels in all the buildings of campus in which those particular custodians have volunteered to be part of the pilot will be phased in according to available budget.  Due to budget constraints, social change marketing and signage in order to promote paper towel diversion practices and decrease contamination of paper towel waste will be phased in according to budget.

  • Certain Duties and Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities of the Trustee shall be as provided by the Trust Indenture Act. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no provision of this Indenture shall require the Trustee to expend or risk its own funds or otherwise incur any financial liability in the performance of any of its duties hereunder, or in the exercise of any of its rights or powers, if it shall have reasonable grounds for believing that repayment of such funds or adequate indemnity against such risk or liability is not reasonably assured to it. Whether or not therein expressly so provided, every provision of this Indenture relating to the conduct or affecting the liability of or affording protection to the Trustee shall be subject to the provisions of this Section.
