The Union and its members do not object to the Company funding, over 10 years, any new Solvency Deficiencies identified in the Report on the Actuarial Valuation of Pension Plan for Hourly Employees of Inscape Corporation as at December 31, 2011.   • Benefits Not Paid During Certain Periods General illness leave and short-term illness leave benefits will not be paid when an employee is: (a) receiving designated paid holiday pay; (b) on suspension without pay; (c) on a leave of absence without pay, other than leave of absence for Union business pursuant to Article 14 of the Agreement or in the case of circumstances covered under Article 22.05.

  • Rejection During Probation ‌ (a) The Employer may reject any probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Clause 10.

  • Time off during notice period During the period of notice of termination given by the employer, an employee shall be allowed up to one day's time off without loss of pay for the purpose of seeking other employment. This time off shall be taken at times that are convenient to the employee after consultation with the employer.
