Saturday, Sunday and Holiday Work. All work performed on Saturday, Sunday, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanks- giving Day and Christmas Day shall be paid at double the straight-time hourly wage rate. All such work must be reported to the Union.
Saturday, Sunday and Holiday Work. (1) All time worked during ordinary hours on Saturday shall be paid at the rate of time and one half for the first two hours and double time thereafter.

Saturday, Sunday and Holiday Work. (1) Work performed on Saturday and Sunday shall be paid for at regular rates except where work performed Saturday and Sunday is in excess of 40 hours worked in the basic work week. Work performed on holidays shall be paid for at time and one-half rates. (Example: An Employee who works on a holiday will be paid time and one-half for all hours worked, which will count towards the forty (40) hours necessary to earn overtime for the basic work week, and his hours of holiday pay will also be counted towards the forty (40) hours necessary to earn overtime pay for the regular work week.) No coal will be produced or processed on the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day holidays provided for in this Agreement; coal may be produced, processed or loaded for shipment on all other holidays provided for in this Agreement, and Saturdays and Sundays, provided that Sunday (for those Employees on a traditional schedule whose work week begins on Monday) and holiday work shall only be worked at the Employee's option, and in accordance with the procedure set forth in subparagraph (6) below.
Saturday, Sunday and Holiday Work. Employees who work on Saturdays will be paid at the rate of time and one-half their regular hourly rates. Employees who work on Sundays or on those holidays listed on the District Official Holiday Schedule for the appropriate year will be paid at the rate of two times their regular hourly rates. If a federal holiday for a District Official Holiday should fall on a weekend, (e.g. Labor Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Day, President's Day), the District will consider this day a District holiday and the appropriate double time rate will apply. This provision will not apply to a federal holiday which is not listed on the District Official Holiday schedule.

All outdoor activity shall be confined to Monday through Friday, except for emergency conditions which shall be reviewed and approved, in writing, by the City in advance. No work shall be done on Saturdays, Sundays, or the holiday dates observed by the City of Milford without prior written permission of the City. Saturday, Sunday and Holiday Work. When Saturday, Sunday and Holiday work is required in any position, it will be assigned on the same basis as daily overtime except that it will be offered plant wide to qualified senior employee(s) without regard to position or shift.
