The Contractor shall also be responsible for all damages resulting from such errors and omissions. Payment in full by the City for Services performed does not constitute a waiver of this representation. 6.7 Contractor shall take into consideration such factors as natural and practical lines of severability, sequencing effectiveness, access and availability constraints, total time for completion, construction market conditions, availability of local labor and materials, community relations and any other factors pertinent to saving time and cost, considering fully the goal of increased local business and workforce participation. 6.8 Contractor shall take such measures as appropriate to provide that construction requirements will be covered in the separate subcontracts performed without duplication or overlap, sequenced to maintain completion of all Work on schedule. 6.9 ...
