Temporary Replacement Pay. Appreciative of the need for substitution and temporary replacement of employees in an organization such as London Hydro, particularly during emergencies, the following clauses shall apply: 16:01 Any employee temporarily assigned to perform the duties of a classification within the bargaining unit with a higher wage rating shall be paid at next to the maximum in the applicable position level for all hours worked.
