Trainee Obligations. The trainee will adhere to the work schedule established for the duration of the traineeship. They will carry out the activities in accordance with the tutor’s instructions and traineeship portfolio, as well as the statutory requirements regarding task quantity and difficulty.
Trainee Obligations. 6.1. The Trainee shall: 6.1.1. use his/her best endeavours to achieve the Course Objective and take responsibility for his/her work; 6. 1.2. familiarise himself/herself and comply with the Provider and the Placement Provider’s requirements and procedures contained in the handbook, and, in particular, the Provider’s Code of Conduct (attached in the Annex to these terms);
Trainee Obligations. 2.1. The Trainee agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, perform the assigned duties of this position, participate fully, and fulfill satisfactorily the educational requirements of the GME Program in which Trainee is appointed. Trainee acknowledges that a failure to comply with all GME Program requirements may result in suspension or termination from the GME Program. 2.2. As a condition precedent to Trainee’s appointment under this Agreement, Trainee shall provide to ESFCOM’s GME Office, at least sixty (60) days prior to the Commencement Date, a completed and signed ESFCOM GME Trainee Application, accompanied by all documentation requested, and further information that ESFCOM may request. Trainees must also comply with the credentialing or privileging requirements of all participating sites where they are assigned. Trainees may not commence training at a site until the required appointment and credentialing/privileging documentation is completed, approved, and certified. 2.3. The Trainee agrees to attend ESFCOM’s Trainee orientation, complete associated required in-service and/or eLearning modules, and any affiliate hospital/clinic orientation or training. 2.4. The Trainee agrees to submit documented proof of current immunization and/or positive serology against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B (documentation of the series and/or serology or completed Hepatitis B waiver), Tetanus, Pertussis and Diphtheria, and TB screening to the GME Office prior to commencement of training and/or rotation. Affiliated training sites may also have additional requirements. In addition, Trainee is required to comply with the following annual requirements by December 1: influenza vaccination, TB screening, and N-95 fit testing. 2.5. Trainee must pass a drug screen in accordance with GME policy and/or participating site requirement. 2.6. Trainee agrees to familiarize him/herself and comply with the policies and administrative procedures of ESFCOM GME, specifically the ESFCOM GME Handbook and GME Policies and Procedures, and any participating site medical staff bylaws governing the work and conduct of Trainees to which the Trainee may be assigned, as they exist now and as they may be amended during the term of this Agreement. Trainee acknowledges and understands that he/she is required and responsible for accessing the ESFCOM GME Handbook and GME Policies and Procedures on the GME website. 2.7. Trainee Obligations. 6.1 The Trainee shall:- 6.1.1 use his/her best endeavours to achieve the Course Objective and take responsibility for his/her work; 6.1.2 familiarise himself/herself and comply with the Provider and the Placement Provider’s requirements and procedures contained in the handbook, and, in particular, the Provider’s Code of Conduct (attached in the Annex to these terms); 6.1.3 carry out all reasonable actions required by the Placement Provider in respect of the Placement; 6.1.4 not do anything which may bring the Provider, the Placement Provider or any other Course Member into disrepute; 6.1.5 before the Course commences, provide the contact details for a named representative who will contact, or can be contacted by the Provider, in relation to the Trainee’s absence from the Course; 6.1.6 keep the Director informed of any changes or issues with the Course; 6.1.7 notify the Director of any matter which is likely to affect him or her undertaking the Course (including any special health or medical requirements); 6.1.8 only use facilities and equipment provided by the Provider or Placement Provider (including computer equipment) for the purpose of carrying out the Course and not for any other purposes; 6.1.9 if travelling by car to work, arrange adequate motor insurance for travel during work hours (Trainees should check with their insurer if business insurance is required); 6.1.10 agree that the Provider and the Placement Provider are authorised to disclose to each other any information, including sensitive personal data, for the purposes of the Data Protection Xxx 0000, relating to his/her participation in the Placement; 6.1.11 maintain any confidential or personal data in strict confidence and, save as provided herein, will not disclose Confidential Information to any third party; and 6.1.12 not use, except for the purpose for which it was intended, any confidential or personal data which comes into their possession, custody or control, concerning the Provider or the Placement Provider.

Trainee Obligations a. I must obtain permission from my GME Program Director annually to engage in Supervised Extra Shifts. In the event that the Program Director withdraws permission, I will not receive compensation for the Supervised Extra Shifts performed, effective immediately upon the Program Director’s notice of withdrawal of permission. b. I agree to provide Supervised Extra Shifts, under supervision, within my Program site(s) only. c. I must report hours worked as Supervised Extra Shifts as Work/Duty Hours in New Innovations. d. I must ensure that the Supervised Extra Shifts, along with the hours of services provided as a part of my training program, do not violate requirements of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and the Beaumont GME Work Hours & Moonlighting Policy. e. I will report hours worked as Supervised Extra Shifts in Meditract to generate payment.

I must ensure that the Supervised Extra Shifts, along with the hours of services provided as a part of my training program, do not violate requirements of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and the Beaumont GME Work Hours & Moonlighting Policy. e. I will report hours worked as Supervised Extra Shifts to the individual scheduling the Supervised Extra Shifts, who shall submit hours to payroll on the designated form.

  • Licensee Obligations 3.1 The Licensee is responsible for the installation, operation and maintenance of telecommunication lines, equipment, software and other arrangements necessary for the Licensee to receive the Licensed Data from the LME. 3.2 The Licensee shall comply with the terms of any notified and commercially reasonable policy issued by the LME regarding the use of LME Data, including where applicable, any requirements to report to the LME and/or pay fees to the LME in respect of certain transactions undertaken by the Licensee using LME Data, or as otherwise required under the terms of such policy. 3.3 The Licensee shall procure and ensure the Licensee Personnel's compliance with the terms of this Agreement, and shall be entirely liable and responsible for any non-compliance and loss relating to such non-compliance (such being considered a breach by the Licensee).
