The Trainee agrees to a. Perform satisfactorily and to the best of their ability the customary duties and obligations of the above-named training program, as established by the program and University Standards of Performance and be evaluated on a regular basis. b. Abide by the policies, procedures, Medical Staff bylaws, risk management programs, rules, and regulations at each Hospital. c. Comply with the Medical Records Policies at each Hospital. d. Comply with the work hours requirements of the Hospital and the program. e. Refrain from accepting fees from any patient for services rendered at the Hospital. f. Abide by the ethical obligations of the profession as established by the American Medical Association Code of Ethics (available on the AMA web site at xxx.xxx-xxxx.xxx). g. Comply with the University Health credentials verification procedure. No Trainee will be hired, begin a training program, or receive any other benefits under this agreement without having met the following requirements: (1) Provide documentation of identity and right to work. (2) Comply with University of Utah Health Trainee Policies and Procedures Manual GME 15.1 regarding all trainees in clinical programs who require visa sponsorship. (3) Comply with the immunization policy, tuberculosis prevention and control policy, and blood borne pathogen training policy as outlined in the University of Utah Health Trainee Policies and Procedures Manual GME 1.2 and 1.5. (4) Provide documentation of passing scores on USMLE Parts 1 and 2 OR COMLEX Level 1and 2 , OR equivalent LMCC exams, for Level 1 Trainees: documentation of passing scores on USMLE Parts 1, 2, and 3 OR COMLEX Level 1, 2and 3, OR equivalent LMCC exams, for Xxxxx 0 and above Trainees. (5) Complete and return to the Office of Graduate Medical Education, all requirements included in the onboarding package, by all provided deadlines. No Trainee may be hired or begin a training program until all previous medical education, training, and employment have been verified by the primary source.   • FARES AND TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE In lieu of the basic daily excess fares and travel pattern allowance prescribed by Clause 38.1.1 of the award, a payment per day shall be made for each day worked (including RDO’s). This payment shall in no way limit or be construed as a payment in substitution for any other entitlement arising under Clause 38 of the award.   • Education and Training The foundation of this Program is education and voluntary compliance. It is recognized that alcohol and chemical dependency may make voluntary cessation of use difficult, and one of the Program’s principal aims is to make voluntary steps toward ending substance abuse easily available. The outside contractor shall review and develop on-going educational and training information on the adverse consequences of substance abuse and the responsibility to avoid being under the influence of alcohol or chemicals at work. Certain training required by the DOT Regulations shall be the responsibility of the Substance Abuse Program.

  • Traveling Teachers Traveling teachers are those who are not assigned a dedicated classroom of their own due to limited space. If traveling is necessary within a subject area, traveling status should be rotated. In order to facilitate optimum conditions for instruction, traveling teachers should, to the greatest extent practicable, be provided the following: 1. A quiet, secure space that contains a desk and filing space; 2. Storage space within the classrooms used for instruction; 3. A designated bulletin board and/or chalk or white board in the classrooms used for instruction; 4. An appropriate cart to transfer materials; 5. Supplies needed for instruction to the same extent as other teachers and those unique to traveling teachers.

  • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course.   • Travel No expenses for travel will be reimbursed unless specifically authorized by this Contract. Permitted expenses will be reimbursed at the rate paid by the State and in accordance with the Budget Agency’s Financial Management Circular – Travel Policies and Procedures in effect at the time the expenditure is made. Out-of-state travel requests must be reviewed by the State for availability of funds and for conformance with Circular guidelines.
