Tuition Benefit. 31.6.1 Pursuant to RSA 188-F:15, II, as amended, full-time covered employees who have completed one year of previous service at the CCSNH shall be entitled to enroll in any credit or non-credit course offered by a CCSNH College, where the tuition is paid to the CCSNH entity, at a 100% tuition discount and waiver of the Comprehensive Student Services fee and Academic Instruction fee. The employee tuition benefit shall be processed in accordance with CCSNH policies and procedures. 31.6.2 Pursuant to RSA 188-F:15, as amended, the dependents of eligible full-time employees may enroll in any of the regular credit courses offered by a CCSNH college at a 50% tuition discount of the current in-state tuition rate. This benefit is not cumulative; that is, if both parents are employed on a full-time basis by the CCSNH, one-half (50%) of the current in-state tuition for their dependent child or children must be paid. The dependent tuition benefit shall be processed in accordance with CCSNH policies and procedures.

Tuition Benefit. 1. Each teacher shall be eligible for a tuition benefit for up to six (6) quarter credit hours each school year, cumulative to not more than twelve (12) quarter credit hours. The District’s expenditure for tuition reimbursement under this Article shall be limited to a maximum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) per year as described below. 2. Tuition benefits shall be available to bargaining unit members for the cost of tuition for upper division or graduate credit courses. Payment for credit hours shall be equal to the actual tuition costs up to the per credit costs charged at Portland State University. 3. To qualify courses must be reasonably related to the teacher's current or projected assignment(s) within the District. A grade of "C" or better (Pass in a Pass/Fail system) will be required. 4. Teachers may also request reimbursement for courses or workshops which carry upper division or graduate credit but which the teacher is taking without credit for a lesser fee, as long as the course or workshop is related to the teacher’s current or projected assignment(s) and approved by the administration. Other courses, classes, or seminars or workshops may be reimbursed at the discretion of the District. 5. Tuition benefits will be paid to the requesting employee through either the Early Payment of Tuition method (Section B.) or the Tuition Reimbursement method (Section C.) 6. The cost of a substitute teacher, when necessary to attend a workshop or conference, shall not be charged to the tuition account of the teacher.
Tuition Benefit. ‌ Members are eligible to receive tuition benefits as provided in USY.V.A.4.7 . In accordance with the USNH tuition benefit plan and unless altered by the Board or the College subsequent to the date of ratification of this Agreement, eligible members shall be eligible for tuition benefits upon successful completion of the introductory period. A member's spouse and/or eligible dependents may utilize the benefit after the member has been employed in a benefits eligible position for one year on or before the first day of classes in the semester for which application is made for a tuition benefit. The tuition benefit applies only to tuition for regular courses offered by the University System itself, It does not apply to courses that other educational institutions may offer, even if on a University System campus. It also does not include release time from work to attend classes or the cost of textbooks and class materials.
Tuition Benefit. All full or part-time bargaining unit members in regular status, or his/her spouse, documented domestic partner, or dependent to the age of 25 years shall be allowed to enroll as either a part-time or full-time student free of tuition cost but subject to the following limitations: a. The College reserves the right to limit or bar classified employees from free enrollment in specific classes when limited enrollment might work a hardship on regular college students. b. Enrolling tuition-free in a course shall be permitted only when the number of tuition-paying students justifies the continuation of the class. c. The employee pays whatever laboratory fees or other fees which are paid by tuition-paying students in the course.

Tuition Benefit. 48.1 Continuing full-time employees will be entitled to payment of tuition fees at Lakehead University, Laurentian University or NOSM University for each eligible employee, spouse or dependent (under the age of 26), enrolled in full-time or part- time credit courses, in accordance with the following: • $7,000 annual maximum benefit (excludes ancillary and incidental fees) • A life-time maximum of $35,000 ($7,000 x 5 years) • Submission of official transcript required to verify completion of course(s). • Scholarships, bursaries and/or grants will be deducted from the benefit • Tuition benefit will be prorated where employees commence or cease employment during an academic term • Full particulars of the benefit will be set out in policy/procedure consistent with parameters contained herein

As per Article 21, E.3., undergraduate coursework shall not count toward horizontal advancement on the salary schedule. Tuition Benefit. A 50% tuition discount program for the dependent children, spouse or qualified domestic partner of bargaining unit members will become effective the 2009-10 academic years. Requests for utilization of this benefit need to be submitted in writing to the Human Resources Office indicating the semester or semesters being requested, the name of the dependent child, spouse or qualified domestic partner and affirmation that the child is a legitimate dependent of the employee. The benefit covers 50% of tuition and pertains to credit classes only.
Tuition Benefit. During the term of the Agreement and subject to the termination provisions of this Agreement for each Summer, Fall, Spring, and Summer sessions, current full time certified District staff may enroll in the Rockford University Principal Endorsement Program within a cohort of a minimum of 10 program participants and the University with the following tuition benefits: i. Tuition for 15 qualified credit hours (the total hours required to obtain the endorsement within the previously achieved Master’s Program) will be paid by the District to the University at the rate of $450.00 per credit hour (Discounted Tuition Rate); provided, the minimum payment for each academic session will be based on enrollment of a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 25 students in a course, with payment of $450 per credit, for each student enrolled. ii. If the District is unable to enroll 10 or more participants prior to the START of each cohort year, the Agreement shall terminate automatically relieving both Parties of ANY and ALL programmatic and financial obligations. Once the minimum enrollment threshold of 10 students is reached, the District will pay the full fee for a minimum of 10 students, regardless of eventual fluctuation in enrollment during the duration of the cohort. iii. If there is an unforeseen extenuating circumstance that involves a student withdrawing from the program due to personal or immediate family leave approved by Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the district will not be responsible for payment of courses for that student for the remainder of the program (up to two students per cohort). iv. Payment for all enrolled credit hours will be made by the District directly to the University. Tuition payments will only be due in the event a Rockford University Principal Endorsement Program course has one or more Participating Students enrolled. Tuition payments are subject to the payment provisions of Section 4 A. The University accepts the Tuition Rate for each credit hour under The Rockford University Principal Endorsement Program as described herein. v. The University shall within 30 days following class drop deadline for an academic session, invoice the District for all students enrolled in a cohort session and shall include in such invoice the name and identification number of each such student.
