Vacation Payoff. Employees terminated from County employment shall be paid the monetary value of the proportionate amount of the unused three (3) weeks' vacation for the year in which the termination occurs, prorated as of the date of termination, and the monetary value of earned and unused vacation from previous years, not to exceed three (3) weeks.
Vacation Payoff. A person who terminates employment shall be paid the monetary value of the earned vacation as of the actual date of termination of employment.
Vacation Payoff. Each employee who is separated from employment after completing six (6) months of continuous service with this office shall be entitled to payment in lieu of all unused vacation which he/she may have accumulated as of his/her last day of work. In the event of a deceased employee, payment therefore shall be made to his/her estate or as otherwise provided by probate law.

Upon termination of employment by resignation, retirement, or death, employees who leave the municipal service in good standing shall receive compensation of all accrued unused vacation leave earned prior to the effective date of leaving their City position. In the event of the death of an employee, payment for unused vacation leave shall be paid to the employee's designated beneficiary.
Vacation Payoff. Any unused accrued vacation will be paid off at the conclusion of the fiscal year in which it was earned for ten (10) month employees and in the following fiscal year for eleven (11) and twelve (12) month employees.
Vacation Payoff. If an employee is not able to use all of his earned vacation during a given year and is not permitted to carry over said vacation, the employee shall be provided cash compensation at his regular rate of pay for all such vacation which cannot be used or carried over.
