Weekend Work and Public Holidays. Conditions relating to weekend work and public holidays as prescribed at clauses 24(7)(a)(ii), 24(7)(a)(iii), 24(7)(d), 24(7)(j), 24(7)(k), 24(7)(l), 24(7)(m) and 24(7)(n) of this Agreement apply.
Weekend Work and Public Holidays. Work on Saturdays will be paid at time and one half for the first two hours and double time thereafter. Work on Saturday afternoon will be paid at double time. Work on Sunday will be paid at double time all day. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Award, if it is necessary for an employee to work on a public holiday, Industry Picnic Day or Newcastle Show Day and the employee would otherwise be entitled to paid leave for that day, then by agreement with the Consultative Committee, employees may be required to work. Pay will be at ordinary time rates provided that a day off in lieu is provided at some other agreed time. Public Holidays will as gazetted in the State of New South Wales and Industry Picnic Day will be the first Monday in December.
Weekend Work and Public Holidays. 18.1 Full-time or part-time Employees are ordinarily entitled to the following public holidays without the loss of pay:
Weekend Work and Public Holidays. 19.1 Ordinary hours of work performed by an Employee on Saturday will be paid at the rate of time and one half of the Employee's ordinary rate of pay.
