Notice. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, any notice required or permitted under the terms of this Agreement or required by law must be in writing and must be:
(a) delivered in person, (b) sent by U.S. Postal Service, or (c) sent by overnight air courier, in each case properly posted and fully prepaid to: Apple Inc., Apple Developer Legal (Apple School Manager), One Apple Park Way, 37-21SM, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000 U.S.A. Either party may change its address for notice by notifying the other party in accordance with this Section. Notices will be considered to have been given at the time of actual delivery in person, three (3) business days after deposit in the mail as set forth above, or one (1) day after delivery to an overnight air courier service. You consent to receive notices by email and agree that any such notices that Apple sends You electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements.

Notice. All notices required to be given under the terms of this order shall be deemed to be properly given, if made in writing, to the Seller at its recognised address appearing elsewhere in this order, and to Buyer at its recognised address appearing at the head of this order.

All notifications, requests, demands and other communications required or permitted under this Agreement (including, without limitation, notices of breach and/or termination of this Agreement) shall be in writing and addressed and delivered to the recipient at the address, facsimile number or email specified by a party pursuant to this provision. Notice shall be deemed given: (i) on delivery, when delivered in person or by courier during normal business hours on a business day, otherwise on the next business day after delivery; (ii) the same day, when sent by facsimile or email during normal business hours on a business day, otherwise on the next business day after transmission or sending, provided that the sender has a transmission report confirming transmission of the correct number of pages to the other party's facsimile number or proof that the email has been sent to the relevant and proper email address; or (iii) five (5) business days after deposit in the government mail service to be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested.
Notice. These internal rules are approved by the organizers. The rules will be posted at reception and distributed at check-in at the time of registration. A copy is deposited with the municipal administration and the competent police authority.

(a) To Fidelity - via any means available in the Software (including “in-app” messaging), except in the case of any service of notice of a suit or action filed or claim made against Fidelity, which must be made by personal delivery or prepaid regular mail addressed to 000 Xxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxx, XX X0X 0X0, attention: VP, Legal & Procurement.
(b) To You - via any means available in the Software (including “in-app” messaging), by email or text message/SMS to the email address or phone number on file with Fidelity, or by personal delivery or prepaid regular mail to the mailing address you give to Fidelity. Such notices and other communications are considered received (i) on the day submitted via the Software, (ii) on the day sent via email or text message, (iii) when personally delivered or (iv) within three business days after mailing. If regular postal service is interrupted due to postal strike or other event, notice of other communication is considered delivered three business days after regular postal service is resumed.
