Additional Work Hours. If in any payroll period a professional development teacher’s hours of work exceed seventy-five hours, the BOARD shall pay the professional development teacher for the additional time at his or her hourly rate of pay.
Additional Work Hours. If in any payroll period a teacher leader’s hours of work exceed eighty hours, the BOARD shall pay the teacher leader for the additional time at his or her hourly rate of pay.
Additional Work Hours. A Paraeducator who is required by the District to attend in-service training, field trips, or meetings that extend outside of a regular work day, may record the additional hours in the manner of time and attendance provided by the District for compensation. All workshops will be compensated at paraeducator’s regular hourly rate.
Additional Work Hours. 30.1 Prisoner Transport Officer may be required to work additional hours or outside the span of hours for his/her rostered ordinary hours to meet an operational requirement of the service or to attend to emergency situations.
Additional Work Hours a. Paid holidays and other paid temporary leave such as sick leave days will not be considered hours worked for the purpose of determining additional work hours in a workweek.
b. The parent educator’s supervisor and the administrative supervisor will request from time to time one-on-one meetings and staff meetings at the Shawnee Mission Early Childhood Education Center or at the Center for Academic Achievement, three working days in advance, except in an emergency situation. If an emergency occurs, an attempt shall be made to inform the parent educator as soon as possible.
c. Rotating additional work assignments among qualified parent educators is the responsibility of the supervisor, and shall be done in a fair manner.
Additional Work Hours. A Paraeducator or School Support Staff member who is required by the District to attend professional development training, or meetings that extend outside of a regular work day, may record the additional hours in the manner of time and attendance provided by the District for compensation. All workshops for Paraeducator’s or School Support Salary Schedule B and C will be paid at $17 per hour. All workshops for School Support Salary Schedule A will be paid at $20 per hour.
7.4.5.2.1 A Paraeducator or School Support Staff member who is required by the District to attend field trips that extend past their regular work hours will be compensated at the staff member’s regular hourly rate.
Additional Work Hours. Annually an employee may submit in writing to the administrator/supervisor a statement indicating the employee’s desire to be assigned additional work hours. Except as provided in Article 21, the administrator/supervisor will refer to these requests first when assigning additional or substitute hours.
Additional Work Hours. EBTMA may authorize additional weekly work hours which shall be paid at the hourly rate of $25.00, but not to exceed 30 hours per work week under any circumstances. Secretary/Treasurer is and shall remain a Regular Part-Time Employee
Additional Work Hours. 10.3.1 The parties recognise Employees may be required to work hours in addition to or outside the span of hours for his/her rostered shift (additional work hours) in order to meet operational requirements of the service or attend to emergency situations.
10.3.2 Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, first preference for the allocation of additional hours shall be to those Employees who make themselves available for voluntary extra hours which will be paid for at the casual rate of pay as prescribed in clause 8.4.2 of this Agreement.
10.3.3 Employees who wish to participate in this process will be required to elect to work such additional hours beyond those provided for on their rosters.
10.3.4 A sample election form for completion by Employees concerned is attached as Appendix No. 2 to this Agreement. Submission of this form will bring with it an obligation to work reasonable additional hours as and when they become available.
10.3.5 Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employees who have not elected to work additional hours, but who find themselves in a situation where they are unable to cease duty at their rostered finishing time (e.
Additional Work Hours. An officer may be required to work hours in addition to his/her rostered shift (additional work hours) in order to meet the operational requirements of the prison. These hours will be banked to the officers’ account and will be repaid by time off from a scheduled shift according to the following limitations:
6.2.1 No more than 12.5 hours will be accrued in any one (1) calendar week other than by mutual consent
6.2.2 No more than 50 hours in total will accrue to an officer at any one time other than by mutual consent
6.2.3 All time off should be taken in conjunction with rostered rest days other than by mutual agreement.
6.2.4 Time off in lieu must be taken within 16 calendar weeks of the additional hours being worked other than by mutual agreement.
6.2.5 The first 25 hours of accrued TOIL will be allowed to be taken as time off at the time of the officer’s choosing after consultation with the Unit Manager and subject to operational constraints. Any accrued TOIL over 25 hours may be repaid by changes to the roster prior to the roster being ‘posted’. The provisions of clauses 6.2.1 to 6.2.4 and 6.3 will apply to all accrued TOIL.
