APPLICATION AND RECOGNITION. 4.01 The Employer recognizes the Institute as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees described in the certificate issued by the Public Service Labour Relations Board on the 5th day of January 2012. For greater clarity, the bargaining unit is all CNSC employees, in classification REG1 to REG8, save and except employees working in the Human Resources Directorate (with the exception of REG5 and REG6 Learning Officers/Specialists), the Office of the President, and Legal Services and who are not excluded from collective bargaining by law or determination of the Board, performing duties pursuant to the mandate of CNSC and described in Article 1.02, but does not include students.

For greater clarity, the bargaining unit is all CNSC employees, regardless of pay band at the RL-5 to RL-7 levels performing duties pursuant to the mandate of CNSC and described in Article 1.02, but does not include students.
APPLICATION AND RECOGNITION. 1. Applications for recognition of a raw material project as a Strategic Project shall be submitted by the project promoter to the Commission. The application shall include: (a) relevant evidence related to fulfilment of the criteria laid down in Article 5(1); (b) a classification of the project according to the United Nations Framework Classification for Resources, supported by appropriate evidence; (c) a timetable for the implementation of the project, including an overview of the permits required for the project and the status of the corresponding permit granting process; (d) a plan containing measures to facilitate public acceptance including, where appropriate, measures to facilitate the meaningful involvement and active participation of affected communities, the establishment of recurrent communication channels with ▌ local communities, organisations, including social partners, and authorities, and the implementation of awareness-raising and information campaigns and potential mitigation and compensation mechanisms;

Where any provision(s) of any individual contract is less than the Minimum Basic Fees or other conditions as set forth in this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

Technician II Special Events Coordinator Copies of the adopted Memorandum of Understanding and City Personnel Rules will be distributed to all employees through a joint publication effort between the City of Lake Elsinore and LIUNA, Local 777. The City agrees to allow for employee Union meetings and minimal use of office equipment with prior approval by the Director of Administrative Services.
