Call-In/Call Back Time. An employee who has completed their regular shift, departed the work area, and is called in before the start of their next regular scheduled work shift will receive not less than two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay. However, the employee may waive this provision. This provision will not apply in the case of an employee starting late or being called early for continuous hours. For meetings that are mandatory attendance, any employee attending said meeting shall receive two (2) hours minimum pay, provided said meeting is not in conjunction with a regularly scheduled full shift for the employee.

Call-In/Call Back Time. Any classified employee called into work by law enforcement agencies or the District on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work or after completion of his/her regular assignment shall receive two (2) hours of pay at the appropriate rate in addition to pay for the actual time worked.
Call-In/Call Back Time. 1. Any bus driver called in to work by the Transportation Supervisor, on a day when he/she is not scheduled to work, shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at the appropriate hourly rate, regardless of the actual time required to be in service.

  • Call Back Time Any employee called back to work after completion of his/her regular assignment shall be compensated for at least two (2) hours of work at the overtime rate, irrespective of the actual time worked.

  • Minimum Call-In Time Any employee called in to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay under this Agreement.

When an employee returns to work because of an agency/department request made after the employee has completed his or her normal work shift and left the work station, the employee shall be credited with four (4) hours work plus any hours of work in excess of four (4) hours in which the employee is continuously engaged in work for which he or she was called back.

  • Call Back 34.1 An employee recalled to work overtime after leaving the employer’s business premises (whether notified before or after leaving the premises) will be paid for a minimum of three (3) hours work at the appropriate rates for each time the employee is so recalled. Except in the case of unforeseen circumstances arising the employee will not be required to work the full three (3) hours if the job or jobs the employee was recalled to perform be completed within a shorter period.

  • Call-In A regular part-time or casual employee reporting to work at the call of the Employer for unscheduled work, except those on-call or on a call-back, shall be paid for all hours worked with a minimum of two (2) hours pay at their regular rate if the employee does not commence work, and a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the regular rate if the employee commences work.
