Construction Phase Requirements. After the Authority’s execution of construction contract documents, the Consultant shall consult with, advise, and represent the Authority during construction to identify problems with the construction schedule or portions of the Work as construction progresses. The scope of construction phase services shall include the following: 1.5.1. Attend bi-weekly/weekly job meetings as deemed appropriate by the Authority and as provided for in a Work Order to observe the progress and quality of the Work and to determine if the Work is proceeding in accordance with the contract documents. Identify critical Work items requiring special inspections and ensure that items have been inspected prior to initiating subsequent Work items. Keep the Authority informed of the progress of the Work in order to protect the Authority against defects and deficiencies in the Work. Call deficiencies in the Work to the attention of the Authority and the Contractor in writing, and disapprove or reject Work failing to conform to the contract documents. Prepare and submit written progress reports each week reporting findings. 1.5.2. Review and approve construction programming, shop drawings, catalog cuts, samples, and laboratory and mill tests, for conformance with the design concept and compliance with the contract documents. Prepare all supplemental drawings necessary to execute the Work in response to changed field conditions, and advise the Authority of cost differentials. 1.5.3. Interpret the contract documents and render decisions (in writing, if necessary) on the requirements of the contract documents, as required. Assess each Project change request and, if necessary, prepare change orders for the Authority's approval and execution. Assist the Authority in the resolution of claims or disputes between the Authority and the Contractor. 1.5.4. Certify the validity of the general contractor’s partial and final requisitions for payment, including schedules, quantities, payroll submission compliance, payments to sub‑contractors, and other requirements. Such certifications by the Consultant shall constitute a representation to the Authority, based on the Consultant's observation, that the Work has progressed to the indicated point, and that to the best of the Consultant's knowledge and belief after due inquiry, the Work is in accordance with the contract documents (subject to evaluation upon substantial completion, the results of subsequent tests called for in the contract documents, and ...

Construction Phase Requirements. A. Submit manufacturer's certified construction and performance data and installation shop drawings for equipment and systems to the Contractor. Submittals shall be reviewed and stamped by the Engineer of Record prior to submitting. The Architect and their Consultants will not review these submittals or accept responsibility for their accuracy or appropriateness; responsibility rests solely with the Subcontractor. B. The Engineer of Record shall review shop drawing submittals and provide appropriate stamp for compliance with the Contract Documents, coordination with all construction disciplines, accuracy of technical and dimensional data, and acceptability of the proposed manufacturer, as appropriate, prior to transmitting the shop drawings to the Contractor in accordance with the submittal schedule. C. Attend regularly scheduled construction coordination meetings and other meetings as requested by the Contractor. D. The Engineer of Record shall perform periodic site observations, at a minimum of once a month, and prepare a status of installation report, including deficiencies with respect to the Contract Documents. These site observations shall be performed in the presence of the Architect and/or the Tenants representatives, at their discretion. E. Provide a written description of all observed field coordination problems, along with proposed resolutions, to the Contractor. F. The Project Architect and the Tenant may perform additional periodic observations, which may generate deficiency comments. Respond to these published deficiency lists within a two week period. G. The Engineer of Record shall perform final punchlists and submit copies to the Contractor. H. Perform all system tests required by regulatory or code agencies in the presence of the appropriate local regulatory authorities, the Contractor and the Tenant. Correct all deficiencies and repeat tests, as necessary, to the satisfaction of the regulatory authorities. Tests with regulatory authorities shall be scheduled two weeks in advance.

  • Project Requirements 1. Project must conform to regulations under 24 CFR Part 92, commonly known as the HOME Regulations.

  • Construction Requirements (a) All Life and Safety and applicable Building Codes will be strictly enforced (i.e., tempered glass, fire dampers, exit signs, smoke detectors, alarms, etc.). Prior coordination with the Building Manager is required. (b) Electric panel schedules must be brought up to date identifying all new circuits added. (c) All electrical outlets and lighting circuits are to be properly identified. Outlets will be labeled on back side of each cover plate. (d) All electrical and phone closets being used must have panels replaced and doors shut at the end of each day’s work. Any electrical closet that is opened with the panel exposed must have a work person present. (e) All electricians, telephone personnel, etc. will, upon completion of their respective projects, pick up and discard their trash leaving the telephone and electrical rooms clean. If this is not complied with, a clean-up will be conducted by the building janitors and the general contractor will be back-charged for this service. (f) Welding or burning with an open flame will not be done without prior approval of the Building Manager. Fire extinguishers must be on hand at all times. (g) All “anchoring” of walls or supports to the concrete are not to be done during normal working hours (7:30 AM—6:00 PM, Monday through Friday). This work must be scheduled before or after these hours during the week or on the weekend. (h) All core drilling is not to be done during normal working hours (7:30 AM—6:00 PM, Monday through Friday).   • Maintenance Requirements The Contractor shall ensure and procure that at all times during the Maintenance Period, the Project Highway conforms to the maintenance requirements set forth in Schedule-E (the “Maintenance Requirements”).

  • License Requirements The Hotel’s alcoholic beverage license requires that the Hotel shall: (i) request proper identification (photo ID) of any person of questionable age and refuse alcoholic beverage service if the person is either under age or proper identification cannot be produced, and (ii) refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who, in the Hotel’s judgment, appears to be intoxicated; and (iii) instruct its personnel to avoid encouraging patrons to consume alcoholic beverages (commonly referred to as “over-pouring”).
