Deduction Procedure. Deductions referred to in Section 9.1 above will be made in equal installments once each month during the year. Deductions will be made effective the date the membership form is signed, and the dues for the sign-up pay period shall be deducted from the following month's salary on a pro rata basis (unless the District Office can conveniently make the pro rata deduction from the sign- up pay period). The OCEA shall supply the District Office with pro rata schedules for each deduction showing the daily rate to be deducted.
Deduction Procedure. 1. The Board agrees to deduct from the pay of the school employees, dues for the Union when so authorized in writing by each employee.
Deduction Procedure. Section 1 Payroll deductions for Union dues, initiation fees and assessments for employees, who had submitted a written dues deduction authorization form to the Treasurer. Once authorized, such deductions shall remain continuous or until such time as the employee submits to the Treasurer a written statement revoking such authorization. This statement of revocation must be submitted during the period of the final ten (10) days of the contract.

The Company agrees to deduct Union Dues as specified by the Union’s Constitution, from the wages of each employees as referred to in Article of the Collective Agreement and will transmit the amounts so deducted to the International Secretary Treasurer of the United Steelworkers of America Box Postal Station “ A Toronto, Ontario along with a completed Dues Remittance form and a list of all employees from whom deductions have and have not been made. Copies of the Union Dues information will in addition be submitted to the Union’s regional office in the month following the month of the dues deduction.
Deduction Procedure. Bargaining unit employees shall have their monthly premium amount deducted over two (2) paychecks per month.

Except as otherwise provided in this Article, the procedure for the deduction of representation fees and the transmission of such fees to the Association will, as nearly as possible, be the same as those used for the deduction and transmission of regular membership dues to the Association.
Deduction Procedure. The Employer agrees to deduct periodic Union dues, initiations fees, and assessments from the pay of any employee eligible for membership in the bargaining unit upon the individual employee voluntarily signing and submitting a written deduction authorization. The employee will sign the Payroll Deduction Authorization Form and provide a copy to the Payroll Officer. The Payroll Officer will send both the authorization form and the copy to the County Auditor’s Office. Upon receipt of the proper authorization form, the Auditor will deduct Union dues from the payroll check for the pay period following the pay period in which the authorization was received and in which dues are normally deducted by the Employer. The Payroll Deduction Authorization Forms shall be provided by the Union. The Employer will check-off monthly dues, assessments and initiation fees in the amount designated in writing by the Union.

The Employer agrees to deduct regular Union membership dues, initiation fees and assessments in the amount provided by the Union from the first two paychecks within each month of any employee in the bargaining unit eligible for such deduction which should be no longer than twenty-one (21) days after receipt of written authorization signed individually and voluntarily by the Employee. Upon receipt of the proper authorization, the Employer will deduct Union dues, initiation fees and assessments from the payroll check for the next pay period in which dues are normally deducted following the pay period in which the authorization was received by the Employer. All dues, initiation fees and assessments collected shall be submitted once each calendar month to Teamsters Local Union No. 284, to the person designated in writing by the Union, together with a listing of the members for whom the deductions were made.

The Employer agrees to deduct regular union membership dues once each two (2) weeks from the pay of any employee in the bargaining unit eligible for such deduction upon receiving written authorization signed individually and voluntarily by the Employee. Upon receipt of the proper authorization, the Employer will deduct Union dues from the payroll check for the next pay period in which dues are normally deducted following the pay period in which the authorization was received by the Employer. All dues collected shall be submitted to Ohio Council 8, to the person designated in writing by the Union.
Deduction Procedure. The total annual membership dues for each of those designated professional associations, certified as mentioned above, shall be deducted in twenty equal payments starting with the first pay day in September.
